Pretty good food, but expensive and the staff has a low level of training and make everything off a list on the food so be prepared for a wait. It wasn't busy last time but they didn't have chips ready. Smaller than Chipotle burritos, but those are usually huge. You can pay $2 for a large but it's still no as big as Moe's or Chipotle so just be aware. Pretty location. BE CAREFUL about anything with Ninja Sauce, it is extremely hot but a default ingredient in several menu items (looks like habañero base but hotter than most habañeros). Just feels like a young business, but they're established in Asheville where food is increasingly competitive and they've been in this location for a year so I'm not sure what to expect. Again, good food, a little expensive and can't get in and out quickly enough for a to-go lunch sometimes. Pictured is a large burrito with a $2 upsell, about the size of a coke can, and the menu for serving with the food.

Many people are saying that the portions are small. I’ve tried their burritos, salads, and tacos so far and I thought they were an appropriate size. I really love the interior and the theme of the place and all the food tastes very good, so i think the price is appropriate. There’s a very wide variety on the menu, which I like, including a kids menu. Some employees are clearly new and still in training. It can be frustrating but I understand because there is such a large menu to have to memorize. It can clearly seem overwhelming. I brought my mother here today because I thought she’d like it, and she said they were the best tacos she’s ever had. All in all, we were pretty impressed.

First time I ordered it wasn't anything memorable. Second time it was so much better. I received a coupon after that so I went there today at noon to pick up a salad. The food is very tasty, much like Chipotle. I wish the lids weren't covering all of the options though. I may have added something had I known what was under the 20 mystery lids. I'm on the fence about the small pieces of chicken. I don't like chewing on large masses of meat, but they're almost too small, shredded and almost jerky like. The guy who helped me was very nice. The restaurant was clean and not busy at all. I wasn't going to order chips, but there was a sign on the door that read 'no chips'. I can see how that would be disappointing to most though. Not sure if I'll go back.

A good variety of freshly prepared burritos and quesadillas. Ingredients have always been great. Prices are a little high for the type of restaurant, but the only consistent issue to note is that any and all special instructions on online orders will be 100% ignored. Plan on calling your order in or ordering in person if you'd like your order prepared correctly.

I like trying new places. I decided to give Neo a try. I ordered 2 Verde tacos combo with a side of Guacamole. The steak was tender. The flavor was ok. The chips weren't that good to me as most of them were soft and chewy. The service was slow but the server was really nice. The Guacamole was good. The experience may be different with the $1 draft.

Just had my first experience at Neo and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing nicer than their employees was the food. Every item we ordered was fantastic. I highly recommend the Verde taco! Check out Neo Burrito for an excellent experience all around.

I cannot remember the last time I had such a terrible dining experience. In fact, I've never left a poor review on any website in my life... but this evening's try of Neo Burrito in Greenville called for just that. The topping servings were meager. The produce was not fresh. The chicken tasted horrible... I really don't understand how they made it taste so badly. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Extremely slow service and staff seamed confused and very unsure of themselves. No manager or owner in sight...just a few clueless teenagers It was excruciating to watch them struggle with order taking and food assembly. Waited 20 minutes to have my order taken even though there were only 5 people in front of me. (Several people walked out due to the slow service.) I wanted to order the fish tacos but they were out of fish. In addition, the lobby was a mess and the salsa bar was nearly empty. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the food was decent. However, there are much better choices for quick serve burritos and tacos in Greenville.
