A great location in the mall. Food was hot and served fresh to order. Staff was friendly. Prices perfect. Chick-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant and this location is no exception to that quality and level of service we have come to expect from the chain.

Easily one of the WORST chick fil a I've been to. Employees do not care and are sassy with an attitude 24/7. Waste of space in the Croatan building if you ask me, would much rather have something else. The employees of this place kill the chick fil a experience and they are consistently rude and aggressive with seemingly every customer (starving college students) that just wants to eat

They have a lot of employees but one person working the cash register? I went in at 1:05 p.m. to get a cup of coffee, I left at 1:22 p.m. . . . stood in line for over 15 minutes, yet there were employees just talking away as we waited, and waited, then waited.

My food was great and my service was great. Looking for a good chicken sandwich and aren't allergic to peanuts, I recommend Chik-Fil-A.
