OMG Crystal and Michael took such great care of my order. They toasted the sandwich w the vegetables the way I like it. I added bacon, and they were more apologetic to me about the cost, then I was worried about. Which I think their reaction is what made it not a big deal to me. They gave great service at the drive thru, and were very thorough about my order, and taking care of me as a customer. I would usually get door dash, and pay the same for half of the sandwich I got. I definitely will be back to this certain subway, bc of this wonderful experience. Thank you Crystal and Michael

Ordered a foot long spicy Italian with just mayo and lettuce to take to work with me yesterday. Get to work when it was lunch time and it was not even what i ordered at all. It was a completely different sandwich with things I did not ask for at all. How do you mess up a sand-which? I was the only person in the drive thru the entire time and there was like one car out front. I will be contacting the owner of this subway about this I’m baffled and some what ticked off about this. The simplest sub order ever and I receive a sub with mustard, jalapeños, banana peppers, mayo, salami and shredded chicken.

Today went horrible. Staff wasn’t the nicest.. ha d a gift card I would have liked to use but the man seemly didn’t want to or even cared to try and get it cleared through the system. Sandwiches were made poorly. I have over 6 years experience in the subby business and this store is not up to par as a subway should be. Definitely won’t give business to this particular subway again.

The people here are over the top with service. I thought personal service was a thing of the past but man i was wrong. From the time i walked through the door not only was i greeted with smiles but i felt pampered while normally an otherwise mundane task. They actually cared and informed me of a flash sale that saved 50 % ! The woman behind the counter was bubbly and smokin hot ! This is not a " welcome to Wal-Mart " establishment. Nay its a fun place to eat .

SHE CALL TYREK THE MANAGER ON THREE INSTEAD OF GIVING US

I used to visit this crummy little restaurant a lot but it has taken a turn for the worst. Order was wrong, charcoal bread, cold chicken/meatballs, plastic lettuce, etc. After they hired a bunch of lazy kids, customer service is severely lacking. I recommend going to one of the other two that are nearby.

Been here twice. First time drove through the drive through and was ignored, so I pulled up to the window and the workers were all just talking to one another. Tonight, I ordered a meatball marinara, but they forgot the marinara, which I guess is a lot to ask for? Also took about five minutes just to take my order and had to repeat everything twice for them to still mess it up.
