Hardee's

Took over 20 minutes to get our food once order placed. The lady taking and filling orders told us she had to put together the fruit loop donuts we ordered. Ok, it's busy. But you took and filled at least 10 other orders while our other food sat and got cold. I finally asked if we could at least get the "hot" food and would get the donuts later. A few min later another member of my party goes and asks if the donuts are available and gets told "I have a line, I can't get those now." 😮 So you really don't care if you serve your customers well by getting them the food they paid for in a timely manner!?! When she was is finally gave us the donuts, she only had to walk 5 feet from the cash register 🙄😮😞. They were prepared the whole time, she just didn't want to get them. All of this was after waiting 10+ minutes in line just to place the order. If you value customer service, go somewhere else!

Not very impressed, although they do have a great selection of char-broiled burgers. The drive thru wait time wasn't too bad. The employee explain all the many selections of burger choices and he was patient while I made my choice. When I pulled up to the window the employees that I saw had a pretty sloppy appearance and they seemed to not be very happy. As I was driving home I realized that the burger I ordered wasn't in the bag, it was the burger that I said I didnt want as it was oozing with fake processed cheese. I ended up throwing it away when I got home.

Arrived here and no one was here. No customers, no employees in the back. After 5 minutes of standing there, 2 people come out and start moving around in the back. A few more minutes after that they finally take my order. Half the soda was out. Asked if the drive through had any and lady snapped at me. They had no large fry containers so I got multiple smaller size containers. They had no tea out, but lady was complaining in the back she has to waste 2 containers of it and pour it out. They have no ketchup. Paper towel machine is automatic but litteraly on top of the sink, and auto spools into the sink whole washing your hands 👐. When leaving, a large angry family came in and yelled at a manager that the drive through never works and she had been there for ten minutes with no response. Definitely not coming back

Have had no luck here lately. One day I went there at breakfast time and the lunch menu was up and the girl said they had just been too busy to switch it that morning. Then today my husband went there about 6:35AM and no one would answer the speaker at the drive thru. 2 other cars left without getting any food. He went to Bojangles and now has a new favorite breakfast spot. Oh well!
