In all honesty this place is a hit or miss the biggest problem is it takes waaay to much to get an employee fired I've seen employees reported for eating while making food and all that happened was that were told to wash their hands. I assume a write up happened behind the scenes but the employee was still there a month later making sandwiches while chewing gum and snapped at a customer who said their sandwich was wrong. What this place really needs is some stronger management and less tolerance of employees with attitude, the way most of these employees talk to their managers is ridiculous just recently I saw an employee screaming at a customer cause she had asked for a specific colored cup, a strange request but certainly not worth screaming at the customer. The manager came out gave the customer her cup and pulled the employee to the back for what I assume was a write up. But nearly two weeks later that employee is still there and that same customer (a regular) simply goes without a drink rather than risk angering the cashier.

The food was ok. But the the don't have the time to clean tables. Even though some of the employees where doing nothing in the kitchen. Avoid going in. Just takeout.

My chicken sandwich was old, cold, and dry. And when I asked for them to replace my food, they made me feel like I was such an inconvenience. Felt like I was a bother to try to get fresh, good food. I rather drive 7 min farther to get better service. This Wendy's won't get my money anymore.

I don't know what happened to this location but every single time I go here they get something wrong. Tonight was the final straw. Either Wendy's needs to remove the option of ordering off the app and picking it up or needs to train their employees better. The employees acted like they didn't have a clue what ordering online meant and said they couldn't find my order. It was already paid for and I had to wait so long for it only to be told that they can't find it and then I had to re order it and after waiting 20 minutes they didn't get it right!! They didn't give me all of my food and one of the things was wrong. I mean how in the world do you get something wrong that you are reading off of a screen?? I will never understand that! And then when I tell them my food isn't right and I didn't get it all I get a huff and puff and attitude from the staff member. Absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER visit this location again. The workers are absolutely incompetent!

This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve gone through the drive through and they’ve gotten the order wrong. The fries are sub par, this last time there was gristle in the meat, and EVERY time they some how have sweet tea but not unsweet. On top of all that it takes 10 min to get through the drive through. I’m going out of my way to the Wendy’s on Wade Hampton from now on.

I went through the drive through mid-afternoon, and one of the managers (Amy) took my order. She was one of the most, if not THE most, congenial and pleasant order-takers I have ever had the privilege of experiencing in all my years of occasional fast-food visits. When I got to the window, I requested to add on a Frosty on my order, and she was so accomodating, no frustration, just a smile and friendly conversation. It's people that make the difference between a good visit and a great visit. The food was fine, nothing impressive (fries were barely warm), but all I remember of my visit was how nice Amy was. Thanks!

I normally have an okay experience at this Wendy’s during the day but their night shift is absolutely horrible. They were rude even after getting my order wrong. The guy at the window sat on his phone for a full 7 minutes before looking over to even acknowledge me... that’s probably why my order was wrong because he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing. I would definitely go to a different Wendy’s if you’re thinking about going here anytime after 4. Highly disappointed.

We ordered a double #3 with no salt on the fries, but we were given a double #1 with extra mayo, and the fries were salted. We also ordered two 4-for-4s. The chicken meal had the wrong sauce (BBQ instead of honey mustard); the junior bacon cheeseburger meal had a hair in it. Both fries were salted when we asked for no salt. The man who gave us our drinks was seen texting while wearing gloves. Finally, we didn't get a receipt.
