One of the worse experiences I've ever had. The girl working the drive through was outside smoking with another girl behind the dumpster and told me to wait. When I ordered the customer service was horrible, they are not friendly at all. The biscuits we old, probably from yesterday and the mashed potatoes were cold, clumpy, and tasted a day old. So disappointed, Church's USED TO BE so good. I won't be surprised when they finally all close for good. They at least need to restaff the place with people who actually care about their job.

Bad service and lack of credibility. We placed online order for 32 p (20+10) Spicy chicken and schedule to curbside pick up the next day 4PM. Guess what? When we arrived on time and parking in front of their front door for 15 mins, no one came out. Then we went into the store to check it out. They told me: we have nothing for us. They need 12 hours to prepare spicy chicken. OK………..even though hard to me to believe they not reserved any for an online order placed yesterday for the normal spicy chicken sale today. And no one contacted me ahead. And no one came out to explain to us for 15 minutes. Fine, we will take in-spicy one. They were struggling to do it. Because it’s they are closing at 5. Finally they were going to make it. Guess what? After 30 minutes the carried 2 bags out and well sealed. We appreciated them and leave. After we got home found out only 20 p. Nothing going to purchase from here ever.

I placed the orders for a two and a three-piece mixed combo. When we got to the window, we questioned costs. We were told that since we had not placed the order properly, he itemized the charges. However, the charges were the same. Not being mathematicians, but very competent in mathematics, we disagreed. We were shut down! After doing driving off, we found that we were right and that they failed to complete our order. I would like to say that this is the first, second, third, or fourth time, but it isn't! Same treatment at several locations! It wasn't my decision, not has it been, for years to go there!

Went here twice. After a long wait I was told they don't have any more food. There wasn't any chicken or sides. So the second time I decided to wait the 30 minutes only to recieve my order wrong. I did not even return it. I was too disappointed.
Sad thing is, I was really excited because I have not been to a Church's Chicken in a couple of years.

It's a gamble coming here because you don't know if your getting chicken or rejection. My challenge to everyone is call corporate or some type of management to report them every time. (Get the number from the other location if you have to.) Should I care if they close down and lose their business? ABSOLUTELY NOT! There serving more attitude than chicken anyways.

My family has been a fan of this restaurant for a some time now and we have brought along new generations with us. The food quality is great and the prices have been fair for as long as I can remember. We will continue to support this company for the foreseeable future.
