Rude as hell. I ordered my subs online. I got there and the large lady working immediately told me she was making my sandwiches on italian herb bread because they didn't have cheddar jalapeno. I asked her to just use regular bread because I don't like the herbs, she ignored me. She proceeded to put my sandwich together and when i asked for extra of anything she was super rude and ignored it. I know fast food isn't fun, but the employees are bottom rung.

I ordered a Salad. I asked for extra pickles and extra olives the employee making the salad have me six extra olives and six extra pickles! I asked for a lot more. She refused to give me more even though i would be posting for all the extra fee. The customer services was so horible that I'll never return.

The employees here (the one on heywood rd) are always on point. I ordered a 6 inch Italian Bmt and it was 4.79 and I didn't know they had the footlong Bmt on special for $5 and when I went to pay she told me about it and let me add another 6 inch for a quarter more. I really respect people/establishment's that look out for the customer like that!!

Arrived at 8:35 p.m. All of the food items were put away yet the neon sign stated "OPEN". The worker stated they closed in "15 minutes" and did not make any effort to make any food or do anything to make the sale. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I found another Subway not to far away and they were more than happy to take care of us. I will never go back to this location. I don't recommend it to anyone else. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Order a salad an the person who was serving count the cucumber slices can believe the even weight the meat that's !unbelievable! how stingy it's the owner of this place concentrating his business only on his packet not on costumer satisfaction.

I love Subway, but I've found this location to be particularly conservative when it comes to sandwich toppings. Last time I visited, it seems as if the gentleman serving me was counting each of the pieces of onion and lettuce individually before placing them on the sandwich. When asking for two servings of spinach, I received about the same or slightly less spinach than one normal serving. I felt uncomfortable asking for "triple" toppings, so I just went with it.
The employees are typically very friendly and the inside of the store is always spotless and cheery, and the Goodwill thrift shop is right next door. That said, if I want Subway, I opt for one of the two nearby locations on Pleasantburg rather than the Haywood store.

20 minutes is how long it took a first day person to get two foot longs together and walk out. I understand giving time and waiting which I waited and did not complain to them, but I could have done it at least 3 times faster my first day. I hope subway gets these people to get faster. Personally I will not be going back here again with the past bad experiences similar to this one.
