One of the few Chick-fil-As in the Greenville area that truly deserves five stars. Service is fast and my order is always delivered correctly. They’ve never “mixed it up” or forgotten something. Small things, such as napkins and the requested number of sauces are not overlooked.
This location is very busy at lunch hour, but it moves fast anyway - 2 lanes always. Start to finish is usually less than 7-10 minutes.

Chick-fil-A usually has outstanding service but our experience went above and beyond. Cary was our cashier and he made our visit personal, funny, and warm. He went around the typical customer service “hello” and “my pleasure” to personalize our conversation and connect with us. Thank you Cary!

This is the second time I've used this drive thru and the person taking my order was rude and couldn't get the order right after being told it more than three times. Today the lady at the window was rude and after asking for our order yet again they still got it wrong. We were also given stale biscuits. The sad thing is it's over the simplest things. You definitely need a better staff, the customer service here sucks.

All was well til I reached the window to pick up my food on Thursday 4/21/22 at 2:25pm. The guy who took my order spelled my name with a "i" instead of a "y" so the girl at the window pronounce my name wrong. I said close enough and her response was I just say what's on the bag. Proper response if any should have been "I apologize, how do you pronounce it?" Especially for a company that is known for its great customer service. She needs more training.

This place used to be great but it's like as soon as the remodel happened it went downhill. The service has gotten horrible, the wait time exceeds any other location, they forget to give you several items, and the quality of the food has gotten horrible. I love Chick-fil-A but I wish that this location would match the other ones in service.

I went through drive-thru and ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe and Waffle Fries. I was asked if I wanted any sauces with them, which I asked for the Honey B.B.Q Mustard, then was asked to pull forward after paying. I got to the window and asked for a couple ketchups as well. They handed me 2 ketchups and told me to pull foward. I waited for about 10 min. (I was the only person waiting for my food). Someone finally brought me my order and gave me a Gift Card for a free sandwich since I had to wait so long. I was honestly fine until I started driving off, reached in my bag to get a very cold Waffle Fry. I decided to deal with it because of how crowded it was and warm them up when I got back to work. However, when I got back, I pulled my sandwich out to see that I didn't get my Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, just a Spicy Sandwich and they never provided me with the sauce. So, having to wait that long for my food to be cold and to find out they didn't even get the right sandwich was very upsetting. I love Chick Filet, but I don't think I will be returning to the Laurens Rd. location anymore.

This Chick-fil-A is a joke. They treat their employees like absolute garbage. I know that Chick-fil-A claims to be a Christian organization but this particular one fails to demonstrate any of those values. I can't believe that any of the employees would stay here and be treated the way they do. Just appalling and a disgrace.

I have to say, I love Chick Fil A and I always will. But I have to comment on something I saw today, at the Laurens Rd location that bothered me. A nice guy came to our car and took our order and everyone knows how great the service is at Chick Fil A. While he was taking our order a girl with blonde hair, another employee- maybe his manager- not exactly sure but she was standing there waiting on him and told him she needed to talk to him. When he finished taking our order, he walked over to her and she continued to lecture him on his verbiage and how he handled himself to Chick Fil A customers. It seemed to be extremely negative. This only bothered me because I am 100% positive that all of the 10-15 cars in the drive thru could hear the entire conversation. That is completely inappropriate for you to let your customers hear that conversation. The guy was extremely nice to my husband and I in taking our order and if there is an issue, pull him from the drive they line to have that conversation. It’s completely demoralizing and embarrassing.
