Chipotle Mexican Grill

When this location originally opened, it was great- friendly service, great food- and very popular so you occasionally has some lines but still had great food, service and a clean place to eat. Now everything has changed- the tables are never cleaned, they are always out of a food item and not even trying to prepare more to be able to replace it, staff seem less than excited to be there, they will walk away in the middle of preparing an order to do something else, I couldn’t even get a spoon (they didn’t have any). So disappointed.

Friendly staff and good food. I always order the trio tacos with carnitas and other toppings. Pretty good food, except sometimes it can be pretty greasy. Pretty good portion size though and quick service. Sometimes this location is closed at some points in the day, but lately they have been opened during their timings.

Service was awfully slow. The staff seemed confused and under trained. Music is so loud that you can barely hear anything. There was a young man with a mustache that took my order and he had the worst attitude. Management really needs to get a hold of this place. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

I gave a two star rating because I’ve been disappointed by this store multiple times and it was time to leave a review on Google. So I’ve ordered here twice within the past two weeks and first order had things left off and my bowl was poorly made. Portion size was horrible. And had a lack of spinach on my veggie bowl. The other time more of the same. Ordered three crispy tacos. Instead received three soft shelled and the chips for my guacamole tasted like old oil. So what actually made me leave the review is I went into this location at 9:05. The store looked horrible. It was entirely too dirty for a restaurant. The floors in the Kitchen looked as if they wasn’t swept for hours and trust me I’m not being picky or inconsiderate to rushes. This store was horrible. So dirty that I left. Sadly three times a charm for me. So with that being said this will most likely be last time attempting to order food from this establishment. I hope that this review is taken into consideration and then the necessary steps to ensure a pleasant experience are implemented ASAP..

I never write reviews. Good or bad. Tonight, I ordered a pickup for a steak bowl with some easy add ons. Simple. What I have in front of me here is a bowl of maybe a scoop chicken. I don’t know if the employee(s) don’t care or whatever. This is unacceptable. $20 bucks for a scoop of chicken. Find a new job in something else you enjoy doing or a job that doesn’t require basic reading on a order ticket. Unacceptable.

The service has continued to decline. I know restaurants are short staffed and I don't mind the wait. But, when the order is cold and missing items, it definitely raises concerns. This time not only did I not have beans or veggies, but my husband did not have any chicken in his burrito. Now.. come on!!! Please read the order and of course have it hot or at least warm!!! going to have to wait a while before returning here. Yuck!!! And huge disappointment.

Love Chipotle but like every store I have been to for the last year they are out of ingredients. This location was even out napkins. They were out of steak, chips, and fajitas. It a national issues and one Chipotle seems unwilling to address. The rules with Chipotle are simple: visit early in the day and expect to be disappointed. The glory days of Chipotle are gone.
