Oriental House

The food was delicious. What I don't have time for is misleading pricing. The website says one thing but my entire bill wound up 10 dollars higher, short 2 wings because they lessened it from 8 to 6 and up the price on the wings and the rice. The prices were already higher than normal so I thought we were good but apparently they have gone even higher.

We've just had our second experience at the Oriental House. I have to say both experiences were excellent. From Nick who is so very helpful at the register to Maggie who helped us out so much today. I feel the food is excellent and with me being gluten free they were very helpful and helping me pick out some excellent dishes. All of the people that work there are very friendly and very nice.

I am in a nursing home and ordered a hibachi vegetable dinner. My visitor stopped by to pick it up for me on the way from Spartanburg. When I received it, the vegetables were burnt and scorched. I called the restaurant to this to let them know. I was treated with disrespect by the owner. I was also told I had to bring the burnt vegetables back if I wanted a refund. I continued to tell her, repeatedly, that I was in a wheelchair in a nursing home and had no one to drive the vegetables back to the business. Very Poor Professionalism.

There food is sometimes good and sometimes not good…just all depends on the day I guess! Their prices are on high side, and I work down the road so we eat here often! Today I called to place an order for delivery of sesame chicken lunch special and the guy told me my total was $20 and some change!!! I said what???? I canceled the order because I refuse to pay over $20 for this food that’s not even all that great!! I understand prices have to increase some but OMG this is ridiculous!! I won’t be eating here anymore!!!
