Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was good but I had to clean my utensils myself. The dust wasn't as bad as some places but it was enough for me to not finish my meal. I just started feeling very OCD and nervous. Yes that's me but I usually can keep it under control. Not that day tho. I'm sorry, I usually love olive garden but since this COVID they haven't been the same. They have went down hill and yes probably because of not enough help. But these places have to be cleaned tho!!

Had a lovely, relaxed dining experience here. The interior decor has obviously been updated as the Cafe area (bar) looks modern, almost posh, and the seating area feels much more open and airy. There was a 20-25 minute wait at 5 PM, which I found odd, as there were plenty of available tables. My only guess is that they didn’t have a full slate of Servers working yet. I ordered the Chicken Marsala with Salad and the Black Tie Mousse Cake (not pictured). Both were excellent! The dessert was so rich, we ended up taking half of it home, which is no bad thing. My wife ordered Soup and Salad, and was pleasantly surprised by how much gnocchi was in her Chicken Gnocchi bowl. It often happens that there are only 1 or 2 and she has to order about 4 refills to get her fill. Our Server was polite and knowledgeable, if not entirely clued in to our needs. It looked like she had 3-4 tables, so that’s understandable. Would’ve been a 5-star review if the wait had been shorter and the server had been more attentive. The food and service at this location were much better than recent experiences we’ve had at the Cherrydale location. Will definitely visit again!

It was a long wait to get seated. When we finally got seated the waiter immediately came to the table & took our drink orders. We looked over the menu while the waiter got our drinks. The waiter came back & gave us our drinks & took our orders. Then we waited again for our food & waited, the two tables seated after us got their food while we were still waiting. Finally after a long wait our food came. The waiter was polite but seemed to be in bad mood. The waiter left after giving us our food . We maybe ate two or three bites of our food when the waiter came back & brought the to go boxes while all of us were still eating, we hadn't requested them yet. We didn't say anything to the waiter about it but we felt very rushed. The waiter did keep our drinks refilled & the bread. The food was good but we were basically rushed to leave because we only ate two or three bites of food & were brought to go boxes before our food even had time to cool off completely. Then shortly after the waiter brought the check & asked if we wanted to the bread to go & drinks to go. I was still eating & my little girl was still eating & the others with us were irritated & said yes to the waiter for to go drinks & bread . The waiter left & got the items. My little girl & I were still eating, the waiter came back finally with everything. I asked for a refill on my drink because I was still eating. The waiter went to get it & several times other staff came to see if we had left yet. I finally gave up & packed the remainder of my food up & requested a bag to carry everything in. Before we left I went to the restroom & the trash was overflowing & in one of the stalls there an overflowing feminine care disposal & people had lain some of the used feminine care & wrappers on the hand bar on the wall. I chose the only clean looking stall. When I got back to our table we left the restaurant. I gave four stars because the food was good & the hostess that put our name on the waiting list & seated us was very nice & happy to talk to the customers.
