…How does one begin to describe the Corner Bar? AND, better yet, how does one review such an illustrious establishment?
I believe that this humble little bar is an exemplar of American fortitude and a repository of Greensboro life. Welcoming of all peoples; patriots, statesmen, musicians, athletes, screen entertainment personalities, and above all else; the common individual.
Ultimately this is a bar for those looking to relax, let loose, and enjoy their day or night. Libations are abundant, the people are great, Karaoke is a staple, and the popcorn is pretty good too.
This was one of my favorite bars in college, and some of my best memories were made here! Kenny is an awesome owner and the bartenders are fantastic. It's always a good time at CB, especially on Tuesdays for mug night!!!

Friendly staff. Has 2 sides to the bar so if one side is full of loud immature boys then you can go to the other side to get away. Lots of games to play but they need to update their darts. Had trouble with them sticking into the dart board. Other than that it was great 👍

This is my go to bar of choice in the 'boro. I do avoid college night on Tuesday because I'm too old for that crowd but every other day is always inviting. The bar staff is always friendly and they treat you like your favorite neighbor. The drinks are priced well and the selection of rotating taps is always great. They have games to keep you entertained an free cover on nights with live music.
Good place to go for karaoke on Wednesday or Saturday night! They also have pool, darts and ping pong tables along with good drinks that are reasonably priced. Staff is always super nice. No cover charge to get in. They also have cheap drink specials on Tuesday night and Bingo on Wednesday nights as well. @glittergirl610
Been coming here for years! My friends and I always have the best time here. From the awesome specials they offer to the Sunday Funday and potluck with the best Panther fans around! Corner bar will never let you down!! Also they have the best staff ever!
I stopped by here one night when I was in Greensboro on business for a few days. The drinks were affordable and they had a fairly decent beer list. The bartenders and patrons were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to all. Thanks for a great time guys!
