So I came to this burgerking at 1130am this morning with 4 kids and my food was cold I told the lady I wanted fresh frys and she went off on me saying that the food was hot to her and to not get smart with her. And went crazy on me and with me being 3 months pregnant I just peacefully called corporate. I never experienced such disrespect from a employee just because I wanted hot frys. I will never return to this location ever again. She scared all the kids in the car! Now it's in the hands of corporate!

We went through the drive thru this evening and had a very pleasant experience with both staff we came into contact with. The drive thru staff was super friendly, attentive, and did not mix up anything in our order (very rare for other BKs), everything was correct and fresh. They definitely put a smile on our faces and it was a welcome sight from our normal “I hate my job” vibes at the majority of fast food restaurants these days. Job well done - these employees are top notch!

I haven't been to the greencastle location for awhile because the food is never hot. Decided to give it another try the other day. BIG MISTAKE! Ordered a whopper melt and the onions they put on it were still FROZEN!. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

The lady, patty who took our order was very kind.
Burgers were cold.
Tables were dirty.
Fries were hot.

One small table clean out of 15. I said something and was just looked at. I cleaned my own table.

Went through drive thru. Employee was very friendly and efficient. Onion rings were delicious. Fish sandwich was dried up, small fish filet and not very good. Out of iced tea. Little pricey.

Burger King always delivers with great food. This was the first time I recall using the app and it did fine. Drive thru and ask for my food. Easy peasy.
