Pizza Hut

I'm a bit of a "regular" at my town's Pizza Hut. I usually order delivery despite the outrageous 'delivery fee' of $3.99.😠 Anyway... Sometimes the food is a little sloppy or not made correctly. As an old employee, I hold the quality of food to a very high standard. All of that being said, my most recent order was PERFECT!!! The food was made to 100% perfect standard, it was the perfect temperature, it looked fantastic, a d the delivery driver was kind and right on time (as she usually is) I give the food and service 101% A+ (the extra 1% is because it was snowing)😊

I previously reviewed the quality of service has gone down since the remodel. We wont be back a this location which is a shame. They use to have fresh hot quality of food. Now, they give you what's been sitting there all day. We tried back thinking it was just an off day. The young lady brought our food out asked if we wanted to give a tip. Yeah make fresh food to orders.

Extremely disappointed. After a complete remodeling it's clear the new Pizza Hut is mainly for delivery and carry out. There use to be booths and tables in dinning area, now 8 small tables. I say small because there's 4 chairs but if you have 4 people there's absolutely no room for the food so you have to put 2 tables together. They no longer serve beer which is a shame. They did expand the kitchen which is about 80% of the building now. If you're looking for a pizza place to have a family dinner, this isn't the place. Sad day for Greencastle area.
