If you can find them on a day where their employees actually show up to work...it's great! Good taco bell food. But usually there is a ridiculous line for the drive through. And once you pull into it, you're stuck!
Edit: had the Breakfast Box and it was pretty good.

They hardly ever get my order right. If we amazingly get everything we ordered in 1 shot it's either cold or it looks like it was made by someone jumping on a trampoline or possibly a 5 yr old child .

We went through to get food and Tyler s was the customer service person. He was very rude. He made sure to point out they were closing in 20 minutes. Everything we asked for, they were out of. No soft tacos, no chalupas, no beans, etc. We ended up ordering food we didn't want and got upcharged bc of adding meat bc everything else they had they were out of. Someone needs to be taught how to order better. Learn what the demand is and then order the correct supply for the demand. They were out of Baja blast and lemonade even. It was so bad. What made it worse was how Tyler s acted about it like it was our fault we wanted stuff that they were out of. Need to learn customer service skills and how to order supply correctly for the manager. Wish I could give no stars!

I did like the grilled burritos I got but I did order Fresco style and there was a very small amount of Pico de Gallo salsa in my burritos. Not many okaces open for food after midnight in Greencastle. Docking one star for Pico de Gallo portion.

No lettuce, no tomato. It's not the difficult. Sub ground beef for beans, again, it's not that difficult. This location can never get it right anytime I go. I don't bother going back through the drive through because I'll have to wait several mins to get my order (once you're in drive through you can't just pull out, there is a narrow lane and wall) I remember now why I stopped coming. Last night I ate there and now I'm extremely sick with food poisoning. Never again.

Please open the lobby every time i go there the doors are locked. It says the lobby is open so what gives. I like my food hot and fresh so i eat inside.

It was horrible I went through drive-thru and ordered a couple of items for me my kid and my wife got out and checked it and my wife's whole meal was missing so we went back to drive through after calling like 10 times and no answer got her meal and one of her items in her meal was missing I would rate a 0 if I could

Super nice staff that went out of their way to get our lunch order to us despite our not being able to make it through the drivethru. Huge kudos to Shannon for bringing our order out to us!
