Buffalo Wild Wings

Haven’t tried b-dubs in greencastle for awhile due to poor service and marginal food, but it sounded good, so we ordered via phone. After being on hold for several minutes, we were hung up on! After calling back, we were able to place an order and given a pickup time. Upon arriving at given time, we were advised that when we called, the printer was out of paper and our order didn’t get put in, so we were going to have to wait the additional time to get our order! If nothing else, this place is consistent!!! Absolutely do not recommend this place!!!

I usually come to this restaurant a few times each month and have been amazing. We must have gotten a new server because I have never seen her before and made us wait over an hour for our food. You could tell her inexperience as she didn't know the wines and my mother in law ordered a white wine and she must have mis spoke the name to the person running the bar because she brought back a red wine, that was fixed easily but what caused us not to enjoy the experience was the cold food. I went to the restroom and sat by the kitchen door for a bit watching the food sitting on the counter. We knew it was ours and I timed it almost 20 minutes sitting on the counter alone. Our server never went to the kitchen area. The other server that brought us our appetizers noticed what I was doing and come over to apologize and said our server should bring the food shortly. My husband was highly upset as this was valentine's day and expected the same service we usually get there. If we ever go back I will definitely not want that server again.

This is one of my favorite spots and I have been going here consistently for the last 3 years. These people work incredibly hard. I just wish they weren't so understaffed. And I mean they are egregiously understaffed. Each of these employees at this place are working likely 3 jobs at once and don't even have time to answer the phone to take orders. These employees are stressed and doing their best. From my perspective it's been a consistent thing as I order pretty much twice or three times a month. Used to be 15 to 20 minute wait times. Lately in the last 3 months I have been given 1 hour wait times. As a result of how understaffed the restaurant is the quality of the food has been reduced, nobody answers the phone and the food is always cold on pickup. I don't leave reviews much but this place was really nice to get some wings. Always good wings handed over from people with personality. Just in the past year it has felt like it's been losing what I liked about it and gone through a massive turnover rate. Always new faces in and out. Going to give the place a couple of months before I give up completely on it. What I will be looking for is signs that the employees are trained better, no bare bones staff, better wait times, better food quality and answering the phone. If I see these things moving in a positive direction I will likely change my review. This is the only spot to get wings in town and I want to see it do better. There is an adjustment that I really hope this place nails. I guess I am just worried in the end. Don't want to see this place go.

Went in there yesterday came out, saw two girls flashing some boys in the back! One was even still in uniform! The one in uniform had curly blonde hair and looked like the bottom part of her hair was shaved (this one wasn’t wearing underwear which was absolutely disturbing) the other, which could have been her friend, a coworker, or someone she just met at the bar had blonde hair with black underneath it! This isn’t a hooters, a twin peaks, nor a strip club none of that. Let me tell you, I will never be going back there. If she is staff she should be fired immediately, if not then that just goes to show how that place is ran. Food was decent, only good thing I would have to say about my experience. If you want to ogle at some girl that seem easy go right ahead. But if you’re wanting a family meal or to unwind with a beer with the family, not a good choices very disappointing

Made an online order and was told that it would be over an hour to pick-up. I arrived 10 minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. Was told that order was ready and I ask how long it had been ready and was told 15 minutes. And they hadn't called to let us know that it was ready. Order was over 40.00$ and food was cold, the fries sucked. Customer service is not a priority with this company.
