Love their salad and hot bars and everything I've eaten here is excellent. Highly recommended for variety, generous portion sizes and healthy options as well as good deals on daily specials. It has a homey, comfortable feel, accompanied by friendly service. Take-out service has never disappointed. Also, they have a brand newly redone bar and conference room that are beautifully decorated. Such a nice new change with a still comfortable and yet sleek atmosphere. Great daily drink specials, too. I recently attending this wedding everyone is complaining about and am very confused by all the horrible reviews being written… I know everyone at our table thought the food was as great as it always is.. and also did not hear anyone else at the wedding complain! I worked for the PI for 7 years and did many catering events myself. I know how stressful it can be… but to me none of the catering staff seemed overwhelmed and I think they did a phenomenal job as always. Just wanted to share that not everyone had a “horrible” experience. Also I just want to point out that if you are unsatisfied with your services— it’s absolutely reasonable to reach out to the business with your complaints and see how they can make it right— which I know Rhonda would. But asking all your friends/ family to leave horrible reviews online… is that really necessary.. what are you trying to accomplish… ruin their reputation? These are human beings & a family owned business.. maybe we can all try and be a little bit more compassionate ❤️

I attended a wedding at three fat labs on Saturday, November 20th and was excited to find out it would be catered by the Putnam Inn Family Restaurant. I want to start with some positives the beef tips were excellent! I also enjoyed the corn casserole and the rolls that were served. The chicken however was pretty raw in the middle. Of the eight folks at my table four received raw chicken breasts. The mashed potatoes felt very much like instant ones. The mac and cheese reminded me of something you’d get from the frozen food section of the store. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed and not really attentive to the buffet line. I was very much disappointed in the quality of the food. I had such high hopes as I had been told how great the food is from this restaurant. It seems quality declines once it leaves the restaurant. The venue however was amazing!

My first time here. I got the dinner buffet and was happy with the selection. Mac and cheese, fried chicken, chicken and noodles, popcorn shrimp, steamed vegetables, a salad bar with a lot of choices, and several other things. Waitstaff were all very friendly, checked on me for my drink, and the place was very clean and well lit. Never had a problem with food being on the buffet it was always well stocked when I went up. It is a bit pricey at $20 for the buffet but they also have a regular sit-down menu as well. I saw a few people with stuff off the menu and the food looked terrific.

Putnam Inn did the catering for our wedding and we were very happy with their services. The food was amazing and the guests loved it. They were also very communicative through the wedding planning process, and seemed very organized from the time of our food tasting throughout the wedding day. Definitely would recommend!
