Eurogyro

I don't live out this way but I come down here at least a few times a year, usually more, for work. Every time I'm down here I go to EuroGyro for lunch and I've never been disappointed. Where else can you get a huge loaded gyro like this and a big salad and fountain drink for $7.99??!! I am always pleased, the food is wonderful, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. They have probably ten or twelve sides to choose from that you can get with your combo, and you don't have to get a gyro, they have probably ten or twelve sandwiches to choose from as well. If I could give it more stars I would. Highly recommend this place. I wish there was one where I live.

Friends, avoid this location in Green at all costs. The manager invited me to post about our negative experience so I’m doing so. We’ve been customers for 10 years. Tonight, after calling to let them know we were short two sandwiches that we’d paid for and were willing to come back for, we were screamed at, berated, and accused of being scammers and liars. I let him know I was on my way to collect our food. He hung up on me. When I arrived 10 minutes later at the store, I was polite, steady, and merely said I was there to pick up my two gyros that didn’t make their way into the bag. He waved his hands and yelled at me, saying “I have never made a mistake, ever. I might forget a sauce but I have NEVER made a mistake on any order! Bring me the sandwiches back and I’ll give you your money and I never want to see you again!” I explained calmly that my two daughters were consuming them, but that my husband and I needed our sandwiches. He basically threw me out of his store. I said my husband works down the street and we patronize this store frequently and have for more than a decade. The owner waved me away after just looking at me with complete contempt and anger and hatred. He seemed, to be honest, not entirely lucid. Please spread the word - we will find another Euro Gyro to patronize, but please don’t give this store your business.

Worst experience of my life. I opened my food to find there was a hair in my food. I checked to see if it was mine and I remembered im bald so i checked my drapes, nope not that long. They also breaded my chicken with pancake mix because they ran out of breading. I will be taking this up with my hero bo jiden. MERICA SOOO WEEEEE

Was in the middle of placing a phone order when the guy told me he was too busy and hung up on me. This was not the first time he was this rude. Once before, after placing an order for seven people, he told me they was too busy and taking orders for the next day. It was 5:00 p.m. Will never go there again
