Best mexican food in the area. Better than your typical mexican joint that is found throughout the area. Has been in Green for I'm guessing 40 yrs. They dust their tortilla chips with what Im guessing to be a paprika and salt mixture. I'd give their salsa about a 6 out of 10. The creamy seafood mix they use for their Seafood nachos and Seafood enchiladas is really good and they have a jalapeno cream sauce that goes great on just about everything. Service has always been good and fast. I, unlike most people, have a jaded view of what good mexican food is after having lived in Texas for a number of years and regularly making business trips down to bordertowns and into the interior of Mexico. But, again, this is better than all of the other slop that passes as mexican food in the area.
Great Place!. Been going here for years. My Family and I love this place. We try to get there at least a couple times a month. Chips, Salsa and Queso are excellent. Lots of great dishs and the kids like the kids menu. Flavors and food quality are in my opinion a lot better than 99% of the other mexican/tex mex places in the area. Staff has always been good too...again one of our favs
After reading the other reviews I can say I didn't encounter anything negative in my visit. Had the black bean soup and lunch enchilada All very good for a chain type restaurant I would give it a B+. salsa also very good.
Good - Hasn't Changed in 15 years. Used to live right down the street from Pancho's 15 years ago and it was a favorite then. On a recent trip back, stopped in again and except for being in a new building next door, nothing has changed, That not to say that some items have not been added or deleted from the menu but that is always necessary to keep a restaurant contemporary.
The food is still excellent and the service great. Prices are still very affordable. This restaurant was doing things right 15 years ago and it's refreshing to see that they are still doing so today.
If you're in the Akron area and like Mexican, you might want to give it a try.
Excellent Mexican-American food. The service was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The facility was well organized, very clean, and fun.

They're used to be a branch of Don ponchos in New Philadelphia, Ohio where I live and this it was my absolute all time favorite restaurant. I never had Mexican food as distinctive and delicious as this. I have been up to the Massillon location twice and was not disappointed either time. The food is great, our server was super nice and had a bubbly personality. It was nice to have such great service. We will definitely be going back. We usually get the combination platter where you can choose three, four, or five items. But there are many other dishes that I would like to try. We also tried their nacho dips before and they were excellent.
This is one of my favorite Mexican Restaurants. The queso and salsa are both pretty good. The food is always tasty and margaritas do the trick. Lots of choices on the menu and prices are fair. The restaurant is pretty good size and can seat bigger parties. Place is usually pretty busy so expect a bit of a wait but they do a great job of getting everyone taken care of.
Great little regional Tex Mex restaurant. Our waitress was on her second day and she was lovely. I am so sad I can't remember her name. Was a little disappointed that Taco Tuesday only included ground beef and there were no vegetarian options except cheese, but all in all it was pretty good. Honestly, our favorite part was the chips and salsa because they had a special seasoning and came out warm and crispy.
