While I’ve had only pleasant interactions with the providers, nurses and techs, scheduling has not been a pleasant experience! I understand forcing as many patients through the clinic each day is the American way but I’d appreciate some degree of flexibility. I am 35 weeks pregnant and have rarely seen the provider I’d chosen and been accepted as a new patient by. I understand Covid creates staff shortages, but my ob accepted me as a new patient and then was gone for months in which I bounced through multiple partners. Now that she’s back- she has no availability to see me and neither do any of the other providers! Stop accepting new patients if you don’t actually have time to see them! This does not give me confidence in the hospital as a whole and makes me very apprehensive for my upcoming delivery!

Had my annual mammogram today. Rikki, the amazing woman at the front desk, was probably the nicest person I’ve ever met at this facility. She was happy, cheerful, warm and inviting, and called me “beautiful.” I had a bad experience with the phlebotomist and an error on their part for ordering the wrong labs. But the visit before my lab, canceled out the bad experience in the woman’s center lab. She needs a raise! Or an award. I’ve never met a nicer human being in a customer service position. Outstanding experience at mammogram today ! The tech was just as kind and caring. Maybe have a word with phlebotomy on the 4th floor. I won’t mention his name. HE could take some pointers from these amazing women!

Some of the cna's have very little empathy and concern for the patient. There is no communication to the aides concerning need to know information about the patients. None whatsoever. One cna (kyle) seemed much more concerned about making sure all the rules were followed rather than the needs of the patient. No sense of empathy, NONE. There were times when I really didn't feel safe there as a patient. There are 3 other hospitals in green bay. If you want good care, avoid aurora. I wanted to give 0 stars but I wouldn't have been able to post. Every nurse's station should have a poster saying people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. They should study that and take it to heart.

I had a back surgery done at another hospital but I would like to thank Dr. John M Leschke and his team for being just wonderful and professional. It was my first time having back surgery and they made me feel at ease and comfortable about the procedure. If anyone needs a back surgery and is looking for advise I would highly recommend this team of doctors and nrses.i wake up everyday day feeling better and better. Before surgery I was waking up to back pain that got worse and worse. Bless you and your expertise.

The nurses in 3rd floor ICU are the most caring, passionate, and professional staff that I have had the privilege of being pampered by. Especially Jessica and assistant nurse Heather who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. I travel almost 100 miles to be at the "BEST" hospital in Wisconsin by far.

I had a cryptic pregnancy & delivered here. Was treated poorly & judged by the nurses. Even though i presented myself throughout the pregnancy with different symptoms & was never given a pregnancy test. I just tried to ignore everything & continued care thinking it was just a bad day for staff etc. however at this point the staff is completely rude. & they truly ignore symptoms & complaints of a patient . Also make you feel disregarded. I have not had 1 pleasant experience at aurora within the last 3 years.. from PSR & the nurses & etc. the girls sit up front on their phones talking about personal info. They lack compassion. & just seems like they don’t care. I bring my 10 month old daughter in. I work healthcare so i definitely know how draining it can be but i don’t treat any patient as if they are less than. Maybe they need compassion training, retrain on customer service. At this point idk but my only option is to seek care elsewhere.

Do not go here. They had information in my chart wrong related to a prescription I was taking. When called and asked for a refill, it was such a hassle to try and figure out where the error was. They had a different provider refill my medication without telling me, then proceeded to put the original provider that I was seeing on the prescription bottle’s label. Come to find out this provider quit 3 months earlier, yet her name was still on the label as the one who refilled it. Because of all of this I was not able to refill my prescription. And now I have to deal with the withdrawal side effects. They are lucky this was not a life threatening medication. I was also told an order would be put in to have it refilled urgently and it would be ready by that night. Received no call and the medication was still not ready by the next day. Called them and they said they never were told about the urgent order.
In the past I have also been spoken to rudely and had confidentiality violated by staff. All in all, save your time, money, and most importantly your health and go somewhere else.
