the food was good. but i asked for ketchup and salt for my fries 3 different times. but the high-schoolers wouldn't stop talking about their video games long enough to acknowledge me even once. i ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a small chicken nugget order on 09/01/2023 @ 9PM (2100hrs) and all of it was good. the downer to the experience was not being able to get a few lousy packets of ketchup and salt from the girl for my fries. they need to pay closer attention to the needs of their customers while they have the chance to fulfill those needs.
Burger King truly amazed me! From the first bite, their burgers were a burst of flavor. The crispy fries were perfect, and the service was top-notch. I couldn't get enough of their mouthwatering desserts. A heavenly experience, indeed! ๐๐๐ #BurgerKingLove
Hands down most positive experience at a burger King ever. Wan (won hope one of those are right) blew me away , upsold , made me feel like the King , they are the king of Burger Kings -KJ
They are always short staffed but everyone always has an amazing positive attitude. I'll keep supporting this location. Owner recently spruced up the building and parking area.

I really like this BK because they're always using fresh ingredients and have nice and jovial staff. I've only ever really had ONE bad time with the food when the nuggets were pretty far past fresh and were dried out. I ended up giving those to my great dane and he didn't have the same complaint I did (see his review for more info) lol.
The only other slight complaint (if you can call it that) is that they were doing this thing for a while at the drive-thru where you'd order and they'd say, "please wait a minute for the total". It wasn't a long wait (several minutes) but then after that they'd give the total and have you pull up. Interestingly the girl at the window apologized and volunteered (without any prompting) that they do that to "cut down on their drive thru time from speaker order to order completion" (handing you the food). Apparently, they were being monitored for how fast they were getting orders out, so buying a few minutes of extra time making you wait at the speaker while they make it before the clock starts ticking was the reason. I've noticed they've since stopped doing that for some reason.
But I mean, that's the only complaint. Only one time out of many other visits for the food and an inconsequenrial few extra minutes isn't really a bad track record at all.
I've been to a lot of other BK's over the years, (I prefer the flame broiled burgers). This one is the best one I've been to.

I don't know if the lobby was open. I actually thought the whole place might be closed since there were no cars. However, drive-thru was very quick and food was good. If you can get Burger King food quickly, it can be quite good!
