Between all of the family I got to try the Miso and pork belly and both broths were flavorful. The veggies are fresh and portions are on par with other Ramen places. They do have menu items for those not up to Ramen and we had the tempura shrimp, calimari, and gyoza and all were excellent. Definite gem for the beautiful town of grass valley! Picture added was after I mixed the veggies into the broth.

We went here for lunch today due to these fabulous reviews. I got the Shrimp bowl, he got the Chicken Shio Ramen. Mine was good, fresh shrimp 5 pieces with some veggies and probably 2 cups of noodles. His looked good with chicken veggies and lots of noodles. He would not eat his saying it smelled like a cow farm.. and I have to admit a pretty interesting odor did emit. Everyone is saying it is super healthy, not sure where you are all from but a bowl of noodles with 1/2 c veggies and protein is not healthy. They need to bring in some low carb ideas.. because the broth is amazing.. Mongolian tho is healthier.

Took me a little bit to figure out what I liked and that you can extras to your soups but wow once I did. #3 is unbelievable add chicken add extra noodles best soup I've ever had in my life. Unbelievable. Price is fair and service is exceptional.

My first time eating ramen and I thought it was delicious. The broth was nice and salty and the meat was good. They had a strange tasting drink though. I think it was tea based but I'm not sure what it was and there was small jello balls rolling around in the bottom and it had a milky taste. Would not recommend trying that stuff. The ramen was nice though and you get a looot of it.
