I always have bad experiences here. Today I was attempting to pick up DoorDash order here but instead of getting the delivery the employee walked away from me to do a different task. I unassigned the order and went on with other deliveries. I noticed several orders sitting there which leads one to believe they are not interested in servicing delivery orders. Good luck.

It is Chinese food/ fast food. It was pretty good I enjoyed it have the teriyaki chicken make sure you get the extra sauce I got some spring rolls an orange chicken. Although I do think the portion today was a little on the skimpy side. They were waiting for some more Teriyaki to be cooked so I think that's why I got a little skimpy portion.

It was insanely busy today and there was only one man running the line. Jesse T. was the only one working the front today at 12:20 and he was doing an amazing job. He asked for help from a manager and they did not help him. Everyone in the online order felt so bad for Jesse T. as he was very kind but insanely understaffed. You deserve the world and I’m so sorry you were not given any help, Jesse. 5 stars only for this poor amazing man.

Called to ask them to include sweet and sour in my doordash order. They asked me if they could put me on a brief hold which I said okay to. They put the phone down and went about their shift. After about 5-10 mins of being on "hold" I heard one worker ask the person who put the phone down about "the person on the phone" the work who put the phone down said "I dont know I put them on hold I dont know if they're still there". By the 10 min mark my dasher had already grabbed my food but I stayed on the line to see if they'd pick up and try to help me. Nope they hung up after 13 mins and 51 seconds. Absolutely horrible customer service and relations. That person needs to be retrained how to answer phones and deal with customers. I dont normally complain about businesses but something as bad as hanging up on a customer after putting them on hold for over 13 mins is absolutely not okay. I would give no stars if I could.

Worst panda I've ever been too. They mad my food then it sat for 15 mins before they checked me out while making a phone order. Also left out part of my order even though I reminded them at checkout it was missing. Only about 7 or 8 people all in all took 20+mins. Staff has no clue what they are doing.

You are not going here for great Chinese Food. But I still give it 4 stars because if you want something fast, it's good. And because the employees are always friendly, even when it's busy. This place lent me a canister of Cola syrup for our soda machine when we ran out for Nevada City Little League snack shack. It was a very hot weekend. Who does that? They supported our community without a question.
