The Nevada city/grass Valley location is a joke. The owner has absolutely no clue how to run a business. Probably explains why they literally have nobody in there ever. The place is not accommodating, not friendly, menu is pathetic, and they’re out of everything always. My recommendation would be to go to round table down the street. Way better menu way better service way better environment

Like their pizza, kinda pricey, but their sauce quite good, they add generous toppings, and it's not too cheesy. Tastes much more authentic than my usual take and bake or frozen pizza. I recommend them.

This place was a complete joke! We asked for a menu and the large man at the counter said we don't have any! Ok then how are we going to order I asked, he replied "what do you want?" I said taking a chance how about a combo, he replied ok and then I asked for a beer. He replied we don't have any. At this point looked around and not one person was in this place of pizza. The man was acted like he didn't want to be there. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. There wasn't even a menu like most places on the wall. We had a good laugh afterwards beayse this was such a rare experience.

We brought home the largest order because we love the double tomato sauce well done...and it was so heavy we weighed it! 4 and one half pounds. Need we say more.

Tasted the pizza a few months ago at a gathering. It wasn't too bad. We tried it again and the same not too bad. Toppings are plentiful and there is no need for extra cheese. Haven't tried their other locations, just the one in Grass Valley. Staff seemed nice and helpful. Will definitely try again with the kids.

Some of these reviews are made by people who have never eaten on the east coast and it shows. I don't know what people are expecting g ad far as customer service but there hasn't been any disrespect or negative experience when we've gone in. Honestly? The pizza is so good they treat me however they want. Thats how you know food is good.

Excellent pizzas and sandwiches and better priced than anyone else out there!! They have always delivered on time, piping hot and in ALL kinds of weather. There's not one person on their staff who has EVER given me "fits". They are all professional, friendly and REALLY accommodating and understanding.
