This store has gone down hill over the last 6 months. Went in there today and the ladies behind the counter was more worried about what music to play than helping customers. The customer in front of me got told they didn't have change so she ended up giving them her change just so she could get out of there. When I came up they scanned my stuff and when I went to pay they told me cash only. So I left my stuff on the counter and left. One of the ladies behind the counter came to the door and tried to start a fight with me. I will never return to this 7-11. The sad part is I have been going to this store since it opened.

I'm not sure who this franchise owner is, but they're awful. The biggest issue by far is the mask non-compliance and enforcement by the staff. It's state law. It's so frustrating. How can you not manage your employees?

Let me tell y’all about my day yesterday. Normal day until I stopped to get gas and a slurpee at this 711. I went inside but left my dog in the car (running with AC) while I pumped gas. I forgot I wasn’t supposed to leave my car running while I performed this task. My vehicle shot up in flames while I was in the store. I never noticed because I am always so entranced by the delicious slurpees available when an employee named Sheen is on the clock. After several refills of slurpee I made my way to the counter to pay for everything and I look out and see Sheen pulling my puppy from the burning vehicle. He brought the puppy up to me, who had seemed to already fallen in love with Sheen and told me that he was going to pay for my slurpee and gas because I was clearly having a bad day. My car was ruined and he wrote me a 5,000 check for the down payment on a new whip. During this time, Sheen still managed to make sure every guest at this store was helped and accounted for. Later on that day after explaining what happened to my grandmother, I found out that Sheen is the guy who donated a kidney to my dear granny last year. You guys have the most wonderful employee and you’re lucky he works for your company.

This is a very good location I really like the people who work there Kat, bill, Josh, Kim, and all the other people that work at this location are always really nice to me very helpful one even help me out on one occasion where I couldn't pay for my gas and she paid $5 for gas for me. She paid for it on her own credit card. They go out of their way to be as helpful as possible they are always super nice this location is a very good location I've met the owner and the owner is really nice she was really nice to me. This will be the location that I will go into the 7-Eleven located at 1700 William D Tate in Grapevine which is at the other end of Mustang from this store is horrible do not go into the 1700 William D Tate 7-Eleven the staff that works there is very rude if you read the review that I wrote I explained the reason why that I feel this way. But this location on Ira e Woods is awesome I love going to the 7-Eleven. I would give them more stars if they were available.

Could be cleaner but staff friendly for seven 11. Bathroom was a mess, floor not even being attempted to be mopped, and they seem to just live off the recognition of the name. I think they can do better

Probably one of the best 7/11's I have been to. Clean and organized. Always had a good experience with staff. Once a mistake was made and it was cleared up very quickly and the attendant was very respectful about it.
