Starbucks

Ordered a large iced coffee with no classic, extra half and half. When I got to the window, I knew it wasn't prepared properly. I have ordered this drink several times and know exactly how it should look. When I politely asked if I could get extra half and half, I was rudely told it was already added and I would be charged an additional $0.70 - which I agreed to. Such an unpleasant experience and the first time I have ever been charged for extra. Never going back to this location.

Not fully five only because at the end they don’t give your money in your hands, they just drop it on your hands. If you don’t wanna touch me just put the money on the counter, and I’ll get it don’t drop it in my hands ‘ cause that make me think other things, everything else was perfect, just that. anyways have a good one.

Not sure what had been going on at this location but within the past few months I’ve been coming here the service has lacking and subpar. I’m chalking this up to a lack in proper training due to constant rotation in employees in a short amount of time. Not sure what the issue is, but it’s noticeable. Also, to the young brunette woman who remade my drink and kept giving me decaf shots; I’m coming back to get your name and report you.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a minute. I work next door so it’s easy for me to have breakfast or lunch here. But , let me tell you don’t go here on a Saturday morning.The lady that was taking my order was very rude I asked for a shaken vanilla oat. When asked what else i wanted I asked for oatmeal. She gave me a price & thought was little strange. I got to the counter the man at that was giving the order was super nice. but the lady was rude when I said I had an oat meal. Instead of saying she made a mistake she rudely gave me stank look like me asking for my oatmeal. if I wasn’t charged I’ll pay so no issue . Customer service just is trash on a Saturday and it’s like this everytime on Saturday im not sure if she is a manager or whatever but she needs to be nicer.
