I ordered delivery to my job since it’s harder for me to leave, and service was great. They forgot a couple things but I called and spoke to James and he had them delivered right away! Very great service.

Can't really go wrong with JJ's. I just can't believe they added a such a bad interpretation of the Cuban Sandwich.

I SPECIFICALLY said in my instructions to LEAVE THE ORDER AT MY DOOR. I have a newborn and this delivery driver knocked on my door multiple times, setting off my dogs and waking up my children from much needed naps.
It’s super frustrating that the only instructions I left on my order were ignored. On top of that, this kid pulls up and is blaring the music in his car. It’s not a good look when your driver’s can’t follow instructions and pull into your neighborhood being disruptive. Won’t be ordering from this particular shop again.

Won't do Curbside during covid, and refuses to deliver .1 more mile to our apartment. Really not great customer service during a time when people should be social distancing and working to keep eachother safe.
