I love Joya and most of her crew. their are some like most places that don't care and just not willing to put the exact effort in. like tonight I ordered the chicken pot pie 🥧 soup like I always get to have for lunch during the night. when you works nights not much open.. so I go to eat my soup and it's Alfredo sauce. how do you confuse Alfredo sauce for chicken pot pie. they didn't notice that there was no veggies or anything else in it..I know Joya will make it right. But I don't have lunch for tonight.. what had happen to the goodworkers in this world

I shouldn't be so trusting but when you're told your order is ready and handed a large bag I assumed I had everything I needed. My order was lunches for 3 people. I was sent back to the office with only 2 of those 3. I had waited for quite a long time and was quickly running out of time to enjoy the meal when I got back so I was in a small rush. I found it very frustrating to discover I'd have to make another trip back to collect what I was missing. When I did return, I had to wait yet again for several minutes to collect what I was owed. If you visit here, expect slow service and check your order carefully and avoid the mistake I made.

Location gets 5 stars. Corporate loses them 1 star for removing the bottomless salad bar option. Reducing the cost is not adequate for me but I would pay more for the return option. Manager Ian was very kind & gave me a second bowl. The plastic gloves they make you wear are a joke and are contributing to global pollution. Whoever in corporate approved these decisions should be questioning if their mission really is "to make every customer happy", because I'm no longer one of them. These are the things that make businesses stand above the crowd. Congratulations on becoming mediocre.
