I would like to start by saying thank you to such an amazing staff from when we walked in the door until we left. They adapted to our preference of seating. We had a magnificent server Chance who attended to all of our needs and provided magnificent humor to the evening.
The food and drinks were prepared in a timely manner and the presentation just made our mouths water. It was absolutely better than it looked. From the steak being prepared perfectly medium to the grilled chicken. I am definitely coming back and with the quick service I’m sure it will be just as great.

Don't get me wrong, I love Chili's but this night, they weren't on top of their game..... AT ALL!!!! My group got their food late and my sister in law didn't get her food until we were all finished eating. A lot of our orders were wrong. The only decent thing was our waitress was attentive.

Enjoyed a great 2 for $25 dinner with friendly service. Enjoyed two garden salads, the chicken fajitas, margarita grilled chicken and skillet cookie.

9pm on Saturday with vacancies all over the shop, but was told to wait for 10 mins for 2 people, ... save the 1 star because the host was reasonably polite. That is WRONG😶🌫️👎🦴

This location is very clean and they have a very attentive staff on duty. The atmosphere was great and our food was tasty. The boss burger on the menu was a hit. I highly recommend this burger if you are a meat eater. It comes with a beef patty, brisket, sausage, and bacon.😍 I think we found our new chilli's restaurant. We will definitely be back ...

We usually love Chili's, but this was probably the least admirable trip we've had. They must have been under staffed. People were waiting to be seated and one whole side of the restaurant was closed. We were helped fairly quickly, and the orders were accurate, the food up to standards, but the whole time, service just seemed off. I have faith this experience was just a fluke and will be better next time. We will be back.

We come here pretty regularly and usually have a good experience, but this most recent time service was exceptionally slow. All aspects of it, from taking the initial order, bringing food, refilling drinks, bringing the bill. Plus the bun on my chicken sandwich was crunchy stale! Had I asked for a replacement it probably would have added another hour to our meal time. I still rate a 3 because of prior good experiences, but if it were just for this one I'd give it 1 star. Hope they get things back on track!

Spent a while waiting for someone to answer the phone and no one did. Ordered to go and they gave me an expired cheesecake. Tasted like it was stored in and old Tupperware that held spaghetti and has turned orange over time and smells. Threw it away. Wish I could get a refund but their app doesn’t have the option.
