Best sandwich I’ve ever had. Amazing food and excellent service. Alberto giving out coupons very friendly and helpful. The whole staff working hard and smiling as they prepare your sandwich.They got my business. I would definitely return and recommend them.

HORRIBLE, Mexican or Hispanic guy with hand tattoos bald head, has an attitude.. “ you are what you eat! Very busy it was a horrible experience they messed up like 3 orders… do not eat here !!!! If you want a great eating experience

Horrible customer service. Spoke or understood ver lil English. They staff was horse-playing. Laughing wrestling over grill. Rude no courtesy. The front counter was filthy with spills & hair. Floor was nasty in front of counter. Employees used idle time to laugh & joke. I understand with COVID workers are hard to come by. Yet, I would rather take an L than be represented by the crew the had 5:30 pm 3/22/22 HORRIBLE

I ordered 3 meals for myself and 2 coworkers. Our delivery driver was 30 mins late although the restaurant is only 5 mins away. Door Dash was willing to refund my money but because I ordered through the Charleys app they said call the restaurant and have them reach out to Door Dash so they could process the refund. I tried to call this store for a week and no one ever answered. I left a voicemail with the order number and explained the situation and no one ever called me back. I will never order from this location again.

They don't close at 9pm. More like whenever they feel like it. At 8:15 pm with 3 people in line the guy look at me and said we're close. 10 other people came after I did and also got rejected.

The food is awesome! Best philly I have had thisfar in DFW. Customer service isn't anything to brag about but the food makes up for it. The loaded fries are great and the peach lemonade is to die for.

Stopped by last Wednesday and picked up a Philly cheesesteak with some cheese fries with bacon. Absolutely loved it!!!

I stole my husband’s sandwich. He came back with it, ate half the foot long and I stole the other half. It tasted as good as it looked. He had to go get something else. Thick yummy fries too.
