Chick-fil-a

We frequent chic fil a, a few locations. This one is really lacking in everything the chain is about. Service, cleanliness and correct orders need addressed here.only 3 tables doing in and couldn't find a clean one. The floors are also very dirty. In our order we had no fries. Pretty easy to spot that the bagged meals fries are missing. Heard another patron comment on the wait time for being chic fil a. It wasn't that busy but took awhile. Another man ahead of me was waiting for his food when I arrived, took 3 kids to bathroom when I came out he still waited another 5 mins. Then they over stuffed his bagged and it ripped in half and everything went to the floor. All they did was hand him a bigger sack as he picked up his stuff by his self and left. Both sandwiches we ordered were completely cold. Bread dry. I never make negative feedback but I'd want to know of this was my restaurant

From the moments I pulled up to the lady in the drive through I was disappointed. She did not great me, was short talking to me and made me feel very uncomfortable asking for food. Not only that but my app as never scanned to redeem my rewards or if it was she did not apply it. The food was correct and the rest of the experience was great. But that lady was possibly the worse representation of Chick-fil-A.

As a previous food industry worker, I got to this location at 12:03 to pick up my order that was placed at 11:50. As you can see, I got my order an HOUR after. I spoke to three associates all to tell me “my order will be right out”. Then someone actually looked at their orders and said “yours isn’t here” and walked away. The service was ridiculous, please ensure your managers have help during the lunch rush… I missed an appointment due to the lack of organization

Love Chick-fil-A but this is the first place and time I was treated rude by employees. I’ve always gotten greeted employees always have a smile in their face. As soon as I went inside they did not greet and the cashier was very rude. My partner and I wanted to dine in but decided to eat outside in our car.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! I’ve had one of the WORSE experiences at this location . If I could give it zero stars I would. There was one specific member who was very very rude and dry . I simply asked for some condiments and he gave me the wrong kind . I politely told him no I asked for a different sauce and he got upset and threw it down at the credit card machine they have outside the drive through menu . I was upset with his attitude and in disbelief as I’ve never experienced that at chick fil a before . On top of that my order was wrong. I asked for a manager and I let the manager know what was going on . He looked as if he didn’t know how to respond which from there I contacted corporate. The next day some marketing manager contacted me and proceeded to tell me that the member stated they didn’t throw the condiment and that I was basically over reacting and using fowl language. I told the member he had me Fd up which I admitted to corporate but from there I was quiet and just let him talk . He continued to be disrespectful until the manager came and had to tell him to go away . On top of that I asked for the members full name and no one seemed to know his last name including the marketing manager which is quite funny to me when she did follow up with the call. Very unprofessional . NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION !!!!

Absolutely horrible what happened to Chick-fil-A?? Used to be a great place to grab a quick bite but the customer service has gotten so bad to where I do not want to return back specifically that location there’s no thank you have a great day my pleasure it’s just here’s your food and go on about your day better Chick-fil-A!
