Good food! Descibed as a Mex Tex and it didn't disappoint! Complimentary chips and salsa to begin, and the tostadas are tasty, as well. I had the enchiladas, my wife had the southwest salad, and my buddy had the fajitas...all a big thumbs up!

Inside the Gaylord Texan/Convention center. Beautiful place let me say. Just fascinating from the entry of your pull up, to walking in and ambiance overall.
The restaurant it's lovely from the big wall television within that's what caught my attention immediately. Like folks on Super Bowl Sunday with a major touch down🏈...lol!
Service given by all was delightful! The cost of food is a little expensive; so don't walk in looking for a $10 burger and fries...nope! One thing you do get a lot for your bucks and it's tasty. I was asked if I was an Elite or higher Marriott member you're eligible for free salsa and chips with your meal. So, check before you order chips and salsa separately as an appetizer. You just maybe we entitled to them free. Enjoy all 😉!

Great customer service, very lively themed, beautiful decorations. Only gave it 4 stars because the music was just a little too loud that we couldn't hear each other talk. We always had to repeat what we were saying and loudly.

We celebrated mothers day here and it was great. Waiters and staff were very nice and tentive. And the cherry on top was the mariachi band. My mother was so happy and the mariachis where very nice and played her favorite song. THANK YOU MARIACHI! AND Thank you Gaylord resort for the great hospitality.

Margaritas need some help. Chips are somewhat authentic however every heavy. The gal that was serving us was good but overworked. It appeared she was waiting on 20 tables. It took me about 16 minutes to get a beer. The best part, the steak fajitas was awesome and guacamole was very good as well. Maybe you will have a better experience .

Went there today 4/30/2022. We were hesitant to come because of some of the bad reviews but we decided to give it a chance. Well we are glad we did because the Food was great as well as service. I ordered the shrimp tacos that were served with some delicious black beans and rice. The sauce that accompanied the plate was exquisite. The chips and salsa were the bomb. Great experience! Only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars is because they messed up my reservation so we had to wait a few minutes longer but ended up fixing it with no issues.

Decent service and just okay food. Honestly the environment is what sets the whole vibe. Beautiful location, but I would expect more for what my family is paying for experience wise. Might visit again, but might not. Could take or leave this restaurant at The Gaylord.

The Gaylord is a beautiful place to wander around with all kinds of activities for families and kids. If you are just meeting a friend for lunch the parking fee can be a bit steep. It is $17 plus a daily rate. We ate at the Riverwalk Cafe and the buffet was $32 per person that is without a drink. So plan on spending when you go there.
