Seems like in the past few months, the place has gone to heck. Young staff seem more interested lately in their phones and goofing off than customers. Twice in a month now we stopped in and it took forever to get our food. The sandwiches have gotten skimpy and the orders were wrong both times. Maybe we will try back next year to see how they are doing. Until then, guess its back to subway for our sandwiches. Very disappointed in the place in recent times. Maybe the owners should check on the staff more often. You are losing paying customers.

sat down an ordered me and a friend,40 minutes later our food showed up and lets say it should have went into the garbage. If they want to be a pizza place, be a pizza place. your service is terrible and the food was a big let down..I got tired of the absent waitress who was obviously not interested in doing her job. When the food arrived after 40 minutes we had to ask for knives and forks, i think she went to Poultney for those, it was beyond poor.the best part was listening to the old man and lady behind us who said and i quote "maybe i should have ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and they were waiting longer than us.when their food arrived the old man says this is not what i ordered and said unbelievable.just outright terrible

Delivery Specific Review There aren't many places in Granville that deliver. Let alone with the range Edwards offers; seriously, check their site for what towns they'll go to. It's an immediate plus. The bulk of their menu is available for delivery as well. You aren't limited to pizza and wings. An especially nice selection to have during corona. Wait time has never hit an hour; even on busy nights. Food arrives pristinely packed. Polite and professional drivers. Delivery aside: The food itself has always been consistent, well priced and prepared speedily but not rushed. Currently the best pizza place in Granville (12/2020).

Pizza is always wicked greasy and chicken wings were not even cooked all the way through. Also forgot some orders when they delivered. Only reason I am giving a one star is because they have good customer service and where kind about the refund ... And about trying to get my missing food to me... But deff prob won't be back .... Not the best pizza you can get in Granville

Pizza, calzone and hot chicken parm sub...all things to get! I'm having a hard time trying to order something different from this menu because I keep getting stuck ordering these, not from lack of things to order, but from my addiction to the food from this place! It is a very clean, very well kept place. High standards for sure. They custom made a buffalo chicken calzone for me! Got something on your mind? Just ask, I bet they will make it for you! Everyone is very friendly!

I love this place! I eat here every day. New specials every day, organic produce, fresh baked bagels and confections. Amazing cookies and cakes. Got catering from here for Christmas. West Main grill is a part of this place too. Excellent spot for dinner. Great staff, warm atmosphere, always friendly and delicious.
