What a mess. Simple order. A bag of onion rings for $3.99. Around 11am today. Sure it's Boatnik. It's busy. Suddenly the line grinds to a halt for 23 minutes. Can't get in or out of the line of course. I finally get to the window and pay with my card. I am handed a bag and begin to pull away as I notice my bag is much too big. I see I have been given a giant bunch of burgers and fries. Screech to a halt to jump out of the car to run back to the window with all those people in line rolling their eyes at me. Some girl inside is all snotty and the poor boy in the window doesn't know what to do. She is angry because there are no onion rings ready and I say whatever, just give me a refund. The poor kid says he can't do that without a manager. I go completely Karen on them and say forget it and peel outta there with no onion rings more than half an hour of wasted time and 3.99 less to show for it. Sure wish I had simply driven off with the big bag of whatever.

As a senior, I am very sad to report that the following reviews are exactly what I experienced at 5pm yesterday, March 29th 2022. I was in the mood for a milk shake and started through the drive area and could see several cars ahead of me. Sat for a few minutes, then decided to go into the dining area to order. The gentleman told me they had NO milk shakes! This happened six months ago, also. I could see that the three males were running to keep up. Maybe this place should close and regroup, instead of irritating their customers.

I was really impressed with the quality of beacon on the beacon cheeseburgers at this location. I've only has them from this location so I'm not sure if all Burger King's have that good of beacon cheeseburgers or if this location is just on top of their game. Either way I'm impressed.

This took over 30 min. in line. I have never been in such a slow drive threw. Cashier was indifferent. And the fries were still raw in the middle. Not going back. This was just crappie.

Prepare to wait a very long time at the drive thru during the afternoon hours on a weekday. Obviously the store manager does not care about customer service. I kept repeatedly getting told one more minute at the order speaker just to sit in line for 25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

In line for 25 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. Then the guy that was in his mid 40's was handling cash and handing out food with open sores( fresh and old) on his hands. Food was cold and and smashed. Great place to go for hep c, horrible service and horrible food ***** 5 stars if that's the goal.

The wait in the drive thru was over 30 minutes long...and I hadn't even ordered yet. After sitting for 30 minutes and only seeing two cars get served during that time, I backed out of the line and left. So did others. It was ridiculous! Never trying to eat here again!

Everytime we go there they mess up our order. This time they forgot the fries on all 4 orders. We called and they didn't answer. They probably know the f up all the time and know every time the phone rings it's to reimburse an order they messed up. No joke. Every time we go they screw up.
