Recently went in looking for a 4x4 vehicle and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Dan, the sales associate was very helpful and the rest of the team there was very quick and efficient. They told me they aren’t commissioned based and I didn’t feel pressured into buying the vehicle. Gave a fair value for my trade in and I got a very capable vehicle in return. Just one thing was that underneath the console there was trash and caked up soda which I did have to clean up. However I would recommend them for your Toyota needs!

We recently picked up our new truck from Grants Pass Toyota. And man I am so happy that we had gone through them. Sean was the sales man who had helped me and my family find our new truck. He was very patient and helpful and very good with my 4 year old son. He took his time and made sure that the truck we got into was something that we would want to keep for a long time. Long story short he made us feel like we were part of a family! Thank you Sean and everyone one else who helped we will be back for sure when we are ready to get a new car😉

I was surprised at how easy and smooth this was. They had the car I was interested in pulled up front for me when I arrived. No pressure, hidden fees or run around. Great car & great service. I worked with Emily who was wonderful. We're both from the Great Lakes area and bonded over the fact that it is definitely pop and NOT soda!

This place is amazing! We originally bought a Certified Used Sienna a year ago and that process was so simple for first time buyers! We love the van and it kept myself and my son safe for the year we owned it! We came back in this last week to trade that Sienna in for another certified used vehicle that was better in gas mileage and we chose a gorgeous blue RAV 4. We worked with Diego who was amazing at working with us to get the vehicle that most suits our needs! He made the process super easy and answered all our questions and was patient with us to work around our busy schedules! He even came in on his day off to help finish the process and and get us this beauty! Big shout out to Diego!!!

This was the most easy going car buying experience I've ever had. Prices are upfront and listed. The sales lobby is open and inviting. No back room haggling No pressure (employees are not on commission) Everyone involved was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. First we met Matt the Sales Manager, who introduced us to Mic Gallegos our knowledgable and friendly salesman and finally Kent the finance manager who made things easy. I recommend anyone thinking about buying a vehicle go see Mic Gallegos and this awesome team.

I purchased a new car this weekend at Grants Pass Toyota, and it was the smoothest car-buying experience that I have ever had. My sales attendant, Paul, was so friendly and knowledgeable about all of the cool tech that came with my new hybrid. He made sure that I knew every safety feature, and how to operate the new system. I never felt rushed or pressured, and instead just felt like I had made a new friend. I can't thank you guys enough! My son loved the videogames that he was able to play while we finished up the paperwork, not to mention the cupholders in the back seat. Keep up the good work :)
