Subway

Absolutely horrible service! Recently stopped there after a long time due to past experiences. I was met by a rude and disrespectful younger woman. She was slow, mumbled her words and multiple times swore during the ordeal. The sandwich was made sloppily and did I mention slow!!! It took 35 minutes to get through the line and to the cash register. This is the most recent experience but the only experience. Earlier in the year a young man working behind the counter acted like he has a several medical disability while making the sandwich I had requested. I genuinely felt bad for the man as it seemed difficult for him to do the job. However two days later I go to the store and the exact same man was 100% in good health and was joking about how he had pretended to be crippled!!! This store is a nice convenient area, however I will recommend to everyone I know, to never go to that store until the management cleans up staffing issues.

Only giving one star because it won't let me not select one!! I'm not really sure what is going on with this location. I hadn't gone in a few weeks and thought I'd give it another shot! (I work in the same plaza as this location)My sandwich was NOT fresh and absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Also the customer service is still HORRIBLE!!! No one is ever friendly and treat you like an inconvenience. Will not be eating SUBWAY anytime soon again! Very disappointed! Major THUMBS DOWN!!!! Major waste of my time and lunch break!!

I came in on my lunch today and the kid behind the counter asked how my day was going and when I returned the question he said his day was boring and kept talking about how much he doesn't wanna be at work and how slow the day was and he couldn't wait to leave. When I walked out he even said "enjoy your time off work" in a spiteful sarcastic way. I'm not the kind of person to leave a negative review and but I was so shocked at how rude he was. I was only in the store for maybe five minutes and everything he had to say was negative. It made me feel like I wasn't welcome and I was a burden for disturbing him while he was busy sulking about being at work. Customers should feel welcomed. We are the ones buying the product, aren't we? It wasn't like I even had some complicated order or anything. I just don't want this to happen to anybody else. I definitely won't be coming back, I don't need to be personally offended on my lunch break.
