We came here on 4-27-2022, went through Drive Through to make a big order, there was two women here that was not showing any normal/decent customer service, and was actually very unnecessarily rude to us, for no good reason. All the food was not hot, or warm at all, or crunchy or crispy as they should be. FOOD WAS ACTUALLY COLD. MY FRIENDS & I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

My boyfriend is a vegetarian and always gets the Impossible Whopper at Burger King. We went there today and ordered an Impossible Whopper meal and a Whopper Jr meal. The line was very slow, the staff was rude on the intercom. Once we got to the window we got our food. We went home and we both got the wrong burgers. He got The Bacon King and I got a double hamburger. It was good but all he could eat was the fries. I am very disappointed. I was so mad that I tried to call them but I their phone circuit was down. I do not recommend. They need better employees!

If you want fast food at night don’t count in this place ever being open. And if they are open, there will be no line in the drive thru and you will see multiple workers ignore that you’re there. These guys are 3/3 on not taking orders. Go across the street to old reliable, McDonalds.

Would have been nice to be able to have some breakfast sandwiches this morning, but unfortunately they aren’t open. Nobody is there and it’s almost 8am?! The way they are closing down terrible restaurants it’s only a matter of time this place goes bye-bye. It’s disappointing as this place used to be so good.

Dirty lobby and tables, tall black manager/owner screaming at staff and cursing from back prep area. This guy is a acting terrible toward the staff. Staff was nice just behind because it was busy. One girl he was yelling at do stuff wasn't even on the clock yet

The dining area was clean, and the manager was on his game!! He had no time for laziness. Fresh food and great service. Thank you to the manager for running a great establishment.

Worst store in the KC metro. I understand labor shortages, but manners are still mandatory. Tried again to grab a meal here, despite my reservations... last time ever.
