Taco Bell

Went here for a quick bite to eat and had one of the worse fast food experiences...ever. Pulled up at the drive through, there were 4 cars in front of me. Shouldn't have taken too long, 20 mins later still in line. Finally got to order. The guy working the drive thru had a serious attitude, very rude and disrespectful. I had to tell him 3 times what I wanted and I'm very well spoken at least that's what I've been told. Ordered 2 quesadilla meals with an extra taco and an order of cinnamon twist, easy enough you would think. Decided to pull forward and check my meals, glad I did. One of the tacos and the cinnamon twist were missing, went inside with bag and receipt to ask for missing items. Had to go in twice because they only put the cinnamon twist in the first round. Multiple guys walking around with their pants sagging below their butts, the person who was supposed to be working behind the counter was sitting on the counter. Pretty unprofessional. You can tell that nobody here cares about doing a good or even a decent job. This was very noticeable when I arrived home. Quesadillas looked like they were made by a 3 yr old, tacos were soggy and I now have enough sauce to last me a yr. Definitely won't be going back. A waste of time and money.

Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. We didn’t get our half of our order and then they added on random things (the grilled chicken something) The cashier Dominique was so very rude, the person who took the orders was pleasant just the cashier wasn’t. We had to go back through because my toddler who thought she had a burrito supreme took a bite of some spicy chicken burrito and come to find out she never got her burrito And even though we went back through we still didn’t get her burrito supreme. Definitely wish I would’ve picked some where else considering we had been traveling all day and we are all exhausted. Hopefully they just had an off day we won’t be going back during our stay out here.

The drive thru was extremely busy, but we could see the staff was working diligently to keep up as best as possible. Our food was delivered in our turn, with speed and polite good manners. The only reason this is not 5 stars, the men's room was in questionable condition, but that could have been a matter of timing. The staff were very occupied turning out food and keeping the prep area clean.

This one needs a complete restaff. Never EVER go here after 7pm. They never have any ingredients for anything other then beef soft tacos which I assume is cause they keep them in the drawer warmer. They never have polite attitudes. They stop taking cards after 7. Worst service you'll ever get. And if you get stuck in the line you have to wait to move through which will take 20-30 minutes because they move at a snails pace.

This is by far the longest wait I've ever had at a Taco Bell drive through. We waited at the ordering microphone for about 15 mins before someone took our order. When we got to the window, we could hear the employees inside arguing and cussing at each other. The person that actually was at the window was still kind and respectful to us, despite being in a heated argument with a coworker. The food we received was the same taco bell quality I know and love. This review is more about the wait time rather than the food itself.
