Studio Park

This was the first time I went to this Cinema and it was nice. The workers were very nice and helpful. I had chosen the wrong theater for my tickets but they were nice enough to comp me two tickets for the same movie so I didn't have to miss my showtime. The screen is nice and big and an almost overwhelming amount of sound. The seats and also very comfortable and recline really far back plus they are heated which is a huge plus. The movie was long but I was comfortable the whole time and didn't feel smothered by people or workers. I'll definitely be back for more movies in the future.

I absolutely hate going to movie theaters. I always have to get up to pee and end up missing important parts of the film. Studio park, however, has changed the game for me. This place is so bougie and offers an amazing experience that you won’t get anywhere else in GR. Ordering food to your seat feels magical and the ability to enjoy an adult beverage during your movie is a huge bonus. I still only go to the movies on rare exceptions but you best believe that if I do, I’m going to Studio Park!

I love the atmosphere. I've had more positive visits than not . But I have had 1 negative visit, I went to see a special showing of TopGun: Maverick , and due to going to the concession stand before the movie, the line to order was very long and so was the special drinks area so I missed the first 5 minutes of the movie, when the movie was over I asked an employee if I could please watch the 1st 5 minutes of the next showing of same movie due to missing first time due to lines, and was given permission . But another employee 🙄 came in and asked me to leave. I told her the situation, and she said, "Absolutely I could not watch the first five minutes ." I was confused and upset due to her horrible rudeness and asked to speak to a manager she said their were not any available this evening. I asked who I could call she told me to call the 1-800 # which I did numerous times and was never able to get anyone. I left messages and left it alone very frustrating. I recommend the place but not some staff or they way some staff treated paying patrons . I am disappointed with this situation, but it doesn't stop me from continuing to visit , I just pray I dont have anymore issues while im their in fears of being treated very badly.
