Taco bell in Gaines township is a fast food Mexican place. We actually enjoy a couple of their dishes, while not indulging in just anything off the menu. We had a very nice lunchtime here. The staff wS exceptionally gracious. If you would like a quick bite to ear, taco bell is trying hard to earn your business.
Every thing was clean in the dining room. I don't like the automated stations. All the back line focus was on the drive through. Very few in person customers got immediate attention.
Several items taste amazing for the price. Some old favorites still have not come back to the menu. This time they were out of the drink I ordered.
Usually have to wait to get my order correct. One time they said, drive around the corner because we are on a time limit. I said, if I drive around the corner, how am I going to get my food. They said they would deliver it to my truck. After waiting 15 minutes I went in, they forgot about me

I used the app to order and they had my order ready when I pulled up they took care of the online order quick I love how easy the app is to use and the 5 dollar box that you can customize I love it
Outstanding customer service is not common these days and Kimberly H. delivered from a pleasant greeting to thanking me for visiting. She took my order to my specification--a sausage Crunchwrap with no egg, extra jalapeno sauce and crispy/well done. She was efficient but not hurried. The order in front of me was rather large and she apologized for the delay. The food was tasty.
It's taco bell. You can't expect 5 star anything, but the food for the price is good and that's what I come for.
Ever since the remodel the food speed, service, and staff has been amazing !! the staff is very helpful so so so friendly. managers are extremely professional as well as everyone in the building. although they have been short-staffed they always manage to have amazing attitudes and exceptional food. If you’re looking for a friendly local taco bell to come to this one is this one!
This is the only TB I'll eat at in Kent County. They're neat and clean outside and in. And the service is good. The attendees are polite, clean and have all of their teeth. LOL
