We just had a wow experience at the burger king on Plainfield! The customer service was outstanding above and beyond, we noticed an item was missing from out order and they immediately owned it said sorry and gave it to us no problmes! Ps the food was fresh and yummy!

This crew always delivers with hot and fresh items. The Royal Crispy Chicken Wraps remind me of Wendy's Snack Wraps but bigger.
UPDATE: is Burger King redeeming theirselves? Haven't been in a long time due to multiple bad experiences (as written about below). Got a craving for a chicken sandwich so drove up the hill and got in line. The line took a little bit but once we got to the second window the food was already waiting for us, nice and hot. Got one of their new shakes and I will say that it was excellent. Burger King is a childhood favorite and if this becomes the new trend for this location, you got a new regular customer.

My go to is the original chicken sandwich plain, add spicy sauce. Always a great pick. Mix and Match with a Whopper, of course!
Edit: I've been to this specific location a few times since this review was written and gotten absolutely terrible service every time. My fiance wanted a chocolate shake so I suggested burger king. Big mistake. This was what we got! I don't understand how this man handed this to me thinking anyone would like this
They do is good of a job is any other Burger King. The only problem is is when you go through the drive-thru it usually takes them a minimum of 15 minutes to get you through. Sometimes it's even longer. It's the slowest one I've ever been to but it's in a convenient location so I still go sometimes.
People here have been great. Maintenence of property and equipment should be tasked to a higher staff member. Not a "high" staff member.... just sayin.
Had a Triple Whopper with bacon and cheese, fries, and pop. Delicious, but spent $18 for the one meal. Made super fast!
Every time I come here the fries are always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly. This is the only location I go to.
I don't know who the woman who is overseeing the counter in the mornings/afternoons is (I think a gentleman called her Gloria) but she is one of the friendliest, competent, hardworking individuals I have met at a fast food place. She was covering the counter and the windows, having friendly chit chat with an older customer while getting food together, joking about how amazing my onion rings were, and juggling multiple tasks in the most cool and collected manner. I'm not sure if she's a manager, but she probably should be. Definitely an asset.
More generally, the food came quickly. The place was clean. And the employees there in general seem in good humor.
Service was great, staff was super friendly and respectful. Shoutout to them.
