I waited at the counter for maybe 2 minutes to be served when the manager came to get my order she told me it was on the house today. The management here is excellent care about their customers. My new fast food lunch spot. Well done.

I've eaten here many time with my 2 kids but this time in the drive through was the worst experience i have ever had at any fast food place. Our entire order of 2 Whopper combos and 2 kids meals was wrong, the staff at the order speaker did not say a word until i said "hello" after a few minutes. Then the girl at the window gave us the wrong size drinks and when i said i ordered medium combos she looked at e like i was crazy. Ended up handing me my drinks with the lid not on so it dumped all over my lap, the whole cup, i had to park and go inside with my kids to get the rest of my order and then they got the kids cheeseburger wrong, no drinks for the kids, wrong size fries...i realized when we got home they gave us Pink Carebears for 2 boys, she specifically asked if they were for boys or girls...WTH people? It wasn't even busy, 1 person in the lobby and 3 cars in drive though...JS. Update, i called the store GM- Marsha and they replaced our entire order and she will be helping the staff to improve skills. I am very satisfied with the result of the phone call and will give them another try
