It's small but you know it actually was pretty decent. The pizza was made excellent and the customer service was really friendly. But if I'm in Grand Rapids and I'm going to get Pizza Hut I'd rather come here. Will definitely make a return visit.
Great service and the food was good too. Rosie was super friendly upon walking in the store. I could tell they had been working hard to get customers orders out to them. It hasnt always been this way at this location. Theyve renewed my loyalty to ordering from here in the future! Great job!
Had a great experience with this location on 8-20-23. Rosie was awesome from start to finish.... Even went as far as telling me how to order to save money next time. Ill be back for sure!

My pizza was delicious. The customer service was good as well. My only complaint was that the store was not marking things when they were actually being done. Because the app was updating. It literally went from "we received your order," then it never changed. I called the store, and they let me know my order was leaving the store right then. Once my food got to me, I received a bunch of messages stating that they were just then preparing order then a second later, I received a message stating it was on the way. But it had already been delivered. Other than that. The food was good and the service was good. Thank you!

I've never had any issues with this place.. I had a mixup with my last order and they quickly offered me a free pizza; which I used tonight.. got a thin crust and the spicy garlic wings.. the pizza arrived in 20 minutes from me ordering it, piping hot.. the wings were amazing and I ate them all in one sitting!! Everyone I've spoken to here is always friendly and willing to help.. love this pizza hut!!
Food is always fresh and the staff is nice. Delivery from here is usually pretty quick when it's an employee. Delivery is not as satisfactory when they are short staffed and using door dash.

They accidentally messed up a pizza of mine and not only returned to give me the right pizza in a timely manner, but they also added a free order of bread-sticks and a free two liter. Whoever runs this place has the best customer service ever! Always fast delivery and always nice in general. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Always looking out for the customer first!
