I order here a lot. One of the better Wendy's around. Employees are very nice and friendly. Service is always fast. However, fries aren't always hot and crispy, as guaranteed. And, bathrooms could use some more attention. Overall, better than most, but could be better.
Everything is good. Food, service ( unless it's super busy and you go inside. ). My only complaint really is the restroom ( woman's ). Toilets haven't been cleaned in at least 4 days. Same dried poop splatters in toilet. Same piece of plastic on floor ( both in handicap stall ). Which means it also hasn't been swept or mopped.
The best Wendy's crew I've had in a long time. They were even training and still offered better service than experienced crews ..... food was hot and exactly as ordered
As usual Wendy's was awesome! For fast food it's Good food for sure. I have a few favorites that I like to eat and I am simply obsessed with the Maple Bacon Chicken sandwich. Yummy! Soooo Tasty!
I don't eat it bit my daughter wanted it. The young cashiers have ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. Speaking from a customer service supervisor. This makes a person NOT frequent your establishment.
Liked the kids mini shakes. Super cute. Didn't realize kids cheeseburger didn't have lettuce or tomato on it. Not sure you can add it. Liked that they had freshly cut apples for kids (in the mini cup), instead of the prepackaged ones.
Overall good experience, customer service could be friendlier but maybe the guy was having a bad day. All in all it's good fast food.
Could just be the terrible service I just got at McDonald's but this was by far the best Wendy's I've been too the food was out faster then I ordered it and the staff were all very sweet
No matter how busy the restaurant is, they are always providing good service.
I just stopped for a quick lunch. Service was great, and the 6 buck big bag is a good deal.
