Clean and efficient chain restaurant. Staff is friendly and the dining areas are well-maintained.
The "You Pick Two" menu is still, in my opinion, the best value item if you want to try a wider variety of soups and sandwiches.
The restaurant is overall handicapped accessible with ramps from the parking lot, and open spaces for dining indoors. Doors are always an issue, and these still need to be manually opened.
Always a great place to have lunch with friends or family. Their soups are great, salads are wonderful, and their muffins are to die for.
Always love Panera. Different cafe then my usual one but really enjoyed the experience here.
Food was good, but our sandwiches kind of fell apart. Very messy. Would have been better if we had forks, I suppose.
Ordered online. Food was ready as promised when I arrived. Soup, salad and sandwiches were made well and tasted great.
The restaurant was warm and inviting upon entering. When we were ready to order the customer in front of us spent a long time updating the staff on her personal vacation and other life events. It would have been easy for the staff member she was talking with to ask her to step aside so they could keep chatting while we checked out with the other employee working the register, but no one suggested that so we waited several minutes to order.
Our food came out pretty quickly! The soup in a bread bowl I ordered was delicious, never had the creamy chicken & rice before and will certainly have it again. Nice chewy and crispy bread. The sandwich my husband ordered looked okay at first, but then I noticed all the greens on it looked frost damaged. The lettuce they were using must have gotten too cold, it shouldn't be used in that condition. I am glad I hadn't ordered a salad.
Sarah was amazing, she didn’t know it was my birthday but she was an absolute gem and made my great day that much better. Food was perfect, coffee was hot. Can’t ask for more from your local Panera.
After signing up for their unlimited coffee program I have been visiting them a lot more than usual. The staff at the Celebration Drive (Knapp's Corner) location have been very friendly and professional.
Today 7/19 was the first hiccup as I waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee. The runner said they had not received my order, showed my email and app confirmations. She sent her manager out to look into it, and they apologized and I received my drink. No, I did not ask for the manager, I'm not a Karen, I would've waited another 10 minutes and would've left.
Absolutely amazing staff. I have the Unlimited Drink Club, and I've gotten to know a couple of the people on staff. All really great and always there to help.
Food was great! Used the kiosk to order, but the kitchen staff was unpleasant when picking up my order.
