the food and staff have always been great. the beer selection is also top notch. the kid friendly atmosphere makes Big Bob's a go-to for us when my family goes out!
Big Bob's is a place my wife and I have called our "local hangout". Their staff offers some of the best service we've ever had in Grand Rapids, regardless of the type of cuisine. They always have a great rotating craft beer offering. Their pizza is outrageously good, so much so I'd call it the best in Grand Rapids. I've lost count of how many friends and family we've brought to experience this restaurant. Cheers!
My first time trying Big Bob’s, ordered a large vegetarian pizza, and I have to say that it was delicious. No shortage of veggies, thin crust, short wait time even though it was 6:30 on a Saturday evening. What’s not to like. Highly recommended.
Wow!! Cute place with friendly service! We ordered the bruschetta, cheesy breadsticks, and a briazzo. Everything was absolutely delicious with amazing flavors. We're so glad we picked this place out of the many pizza places in Grand Rapids. We can't wait to eat the leftovers!
Got there at a dead time, just as a large group was getting served. And it seems like they were training some new employees. Took a little bit to get our orders in and drinks. Once the big group left, service was better. The food was great. Next time I'm in Grand Rapids, I'll be sure to stop by. Perfect for after a day of paddling the lake.
I'm so impressed with the quality of the food as well as the friendliness of the staff at Big Bob's. My friend was visiting from out of town and when we went to go to a different restaurant with outdoor seating, we were told no dogs. Big Bob's is DOG FRIENDLY (which I didn't know) and welcomed my pup with open arms and a big bowl of water. SO in addition to having amazing food and great staff, they also are clear animal lovers and that's a win in my book.

We picked up our pizzas, but the place looked like a great place to stop in and eat. Service was great, environment was great. But the pizza we got was not the best... It was very soft, almost undercooked. The place was inviting so we may go back to try some of their other dishes but not the best pizza unfortunately.
Very delicious pizza. Get the Briazzo, you won’t be disappointed!
Big Bob’s is one of our favorite spots in town. The food is great but the best part is the dog friendly patio. The staff are so great to the dogs and the water dishes are the cleanest in town! Dogs and humans give it 10/10.
This place is the best! This was my first time in and I was totally impressed by the quality of the food the portions and the fantastic customer service. The prices are great He recommended a fantastic beer which I loved. If you don't have a spot, make this your spot.

Pizza is great, Rob the manager is even better. Knew everything about everything in his shop. Narrowed the large beer list to a digestible size by asking what you like to drink. EV charging was the cherry on top.
