Came for early dinner in August, we walked from our nearby hotel, convenient. It’s a cozy place with rustic elegant decor and limited seating. They also have a small outdoor patio area. Our waiter was attentive and accommodating but the place filled up fast so he got busy after our food came. Food was hot and delicious, no complaints here. Would dine there again if ever back in town.

My date and I enjoyed the calamari and the two kinds of chicken parm. Very good experience, we both left extremely happy and satisfied. We’ve been talking about the bread for days, extremely good. Very fresh tasting, excellent marinara and wonderful service. The atmosphere was very nice, relaxing and calming. Great experience and we can’t wait to try again! 10/10 recommend!

We stopped in while waiting to depart for Vegas. It wasn't too busy but we had about a 15 minute wait. Which wasn't a problem because we weren't in hurry. It was a warm day in Grand Junction and the restaurant was a bit muggy.
Our server Cheyenne was great. She was attentive and quick. Service was excellent.
We ordered a couple of appetizers. 3 meatballs with mozzarella and marinara. Also garlic cheese bread with bacon and marinara sauce. Both came out quick and were fresh and hot.
We also split a classic stromboli. Which takes about 30 minutes to come out. It was also hot and fresh and tasty.
Overall our experience at Citrola's was fantastic and a great way to start a trip.

First off… the server, she was very nice, polite and attentive… 5 stars for her. I had the coconut shrimp appetizer and then the lasagna. The shrimp was okay… a bit dry (maybe overcooked) but the sauce was good. The lasagna was very bland… nothing Italian in the flavor… bordered on cardboard. I asked for a margarita and it turned out to quite possibly be the worst margarita I’ve ever had… 2 sips and I returned it and asked for a simple lemonade. They credited me for the margarita. I tipped the waitress well because none of the poor star value is her fault. I won’t frequent this place again. Sorry!

I’ve had great food there before, but last night when calling to make a later reservation for my wedding anniversary I was told to “not bother and just come in” by the host. Upon arrival 10 minutes later, she informed us that the wait would be “a very long time” and shrugged at me. I understand that restaurant environments are fluid and constantly changing but it felt like she had no interest other than to waste our time and we would have been happy to show up in a few hours time if we had been able to make a reservation in the first place.

A great assortment of top-notch Italian food should be enough to lure any connoisseur to this restaurant for a great meal. The service is above and beyond anything you would expect. Our server, Eden, was perfectly attentive and was on top of our every need without hovering. Wonderful atmosphere good drinks great food, what more could you ask for!

Service was attentive. Chicken parm serving was generous, marinara sauce on the side was very tasty. Salmon salad had good salmon, on a bed of mostly iceberg and cucumbers. One star deduction for that. Will definitely consider coming back.
