Iv been coming here for years now. In my opinion it’s definitely a fun and unique way to get a hot sandwich. You can either follow their pre-made sandwich recipe, or create your own. They offer fries and shakes as well, super thick shakes. I’m giving this particular location a 5 star because the customer service is always amazing every time I come in!!!

Worked patiently with new customers (up to 10 minutes) to get them oriented or to find something they would like. The first question when we walked in the door was if we had been to a which wich before. On behalf of the older person either a cane that asked for help, thank you (to the shorter curly haired person who helped her for like 10 min).

Ordered delivery with the Uber Eats app. The delivery guy forgot the drink so I created a new order with a sandwich I forgot to add and a new drink. I called the store to see if they can add the drink that never got delivered to my new order and the guy was rude about it and basically told me no.
When the second order arrived I was given the old drink from my original order due to no carbonation and very little ice. It tasted watered down... this was definitely not due to the delivery driver's time to arrive, it took them 5 minutes to bring me the order. I am disappointed and most likely will not try this place again.

My first visit and it was pretty good. I happen to be on a low carb diet at the time and they had a salad option, and I found myself quite satisfied.
The kids all are sandwiches completely and the staff were helpful with inviting us into their ordering system.
One thing I learned is that there is a common tradition to put in a funny or outrageous name in with your order.
