Best Starbucks location around! Everyone is wonderful, and when I order coffee, there is always a pup cup waiting next to it for my dog...I never even have to ask. You all are the best!!

Excellent customer service. Espresso machine broke right after we had ordered our drinks and the manager was so great in getting it resolved. They were able to make different drinks for us with what they had and even give us a free drink card for next time. Very apologetic and professional the whole time. 5/5

Starbucks at D& W, Grand Haven Excellent service, perfect skim tall non-fat latte. Barista & Mgr. Pam always turns out top product, cheerfully, too. Highly recommend!
