Delivery drivers are always kind and courteous. They drive through construction during rush hour and are still so polite which is a gift. Tye went out of his way to make sure my order was corrected, even when I said it wasn't necessary.
My coworkers and I love this location and frequently get food from here and have never had a bad experience. The menu has a lot of variety and the staff is friendly as well. All in all a great pizza chain.
I need to update this review. I got a call from the store manager yesterday. She was kind and eager to rectify any issues I had. She carefully defended her employees while acknowledging that she had not prepared them for the type of thing I presented to them. She is going to make sure her help is better prepared and is making things right with me.
So, when you go to the store in Grand Haven, be sure to order online. When you step inside the store, the prices increase by about 50 percent. When I asked if I could go outside and order on my phone, the cashier told me they were giving me the best deal. But the coupon Domino's sent me this morning, told a different story
When I challenged the guys on that, they just shook their heads and told me they had done the best they could.
Good service both on the phone and in delivery. Food good and hot.
One of the few restaurants that deliver to us, we are kind of out in the country. For the price it's not bad food. My daughter really likes the pasta. I usually get the Philly steak sub, which has good taste BUT... they don't put much on it. I am not expecting pounds, but it's often kind of sparse. That part is kind of disappointing.
I do have to say, I am surprised they reply to every review here (that I've seen) that is to be commended. Most businesses rarely reply. Hats off to them for that!
Domino's was the first job I've ever had in Huntington Indiana and I will always miss that place and Grand Haven they actually have a bicycle with a 🍕 box warmer on it. So cute wish I could have brought my phone in would have taking a photo... So cool. Customer service was great and the cashier was nice well mattered young gentleman.. manager was doing her job as well making sure her employer had everything I order ready done and discounted. Love it there will return.. thanks...

♿ I have ordered both carryout & delivery from this store.
The delivery service has always been reliable. The pizzas have always been hot, correctly made, and on time.
When I have ordered carryout, there is a wheelchair van accessible parking space and a ramp to get to the door, however the door is manual only, so it's a bit difficult to get in and out with a pizza, using a wheelchair.
Fortunately, the people at this store are very accommodating. When I have gone inside the store, someone has always come out to hold the door for me. I always order online or through the app, so the order is already paid for. There have been a few times when the store wasn't busy, that someone has walked the order out to my car.
The only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5, is because I order gluten-free and there are never any coupons that apply. The gluten-free crust is only available in the small size and it's at a premium price. Without coupons, it is very pricey. I sure hope they find a way to provide the gluten-free product at a more reasonable price.
Ordered tonight for the 1st time. Delivery was fast! Food was hot and delicious! An overall great experience! Thank you!
